Hampton Inn Birmingham/Leeds, AL - Featured Reviews (965)
This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in with no damage whatsoever. However, the bed faced the window and the window had no curtain, it was 2am when I woke to bright lights from a car parked in front of the room. My only other complaint the sheets and pillows while looking clean smelled like fish. The service was friendly and quick, the pool looked nice couldn't go in due to lighting and the breakfast buffet was average.
We highly recommend this hotel!||Awesome shower—We got a shower only king bed room. The shower was spacious and immaculate. They touted their water pic shower head and well they should. It was amazing with great water pressure and many settings. ||The AC is works very well. ||The bed was sooooo comfortable. We slept great. ||Front desk guy—sorry I did not get his name—was friendly and accommodating. ||It was a perfect choice
Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Coffee good. Would definitely stay again. It’s also a few blocks from a 24 hours Buc-ee’s. Free water offered from front desk as a HiltonHonors points member. Everything as expected. Give it a try.
We have been to this same Hampton Inn on our way to the beach several times. We’ve had a great experience each time too. This time was especially great! Our son left his lovey behind in the room. Rachel the manager was amazing and went immediately up to look and to call us right back, as we had already left but still had some family hanging around in the area. She didn’t initially see it and called us to tell us. But then found it and called us immediately, apologizing for not seeing it before and being willing to send it in the mail for free. Thankfully my sister was close by and was able to grab it. Rachel went above and beyond to help me. My son wants that lovey every night at bedtime to sleep.
Great hotel. I’m always impressed with the staff friendliness and how clean the rooms are. And you can’t beat the location if you’re heading over to Barber Motorsports (which you should). They even have a rotating display from the motorcycle museum - very cool! They have a pool, which is great if you’re traveling with kids. The breakfast is standard fare for a continental breakfast, but it’s done well.
The hotel is very nice but the staff were phenomenal! First off, I met back up with some fiends who had checked in the night before. I arrived around 9:30am and asked if could at least drop off my bags and John found me a room and gave me a super early check in. When we got back later, I found my ac was making a funny noise so the manager (Sarah?) found me a room right across the hall so I could move there easily. And she gave me a couple beers for the inconvenience! Great place, I highly recommend it.
My husband and I were traveling back home from a funeral, and we lucked up on finding this gem close to Buccee's. I had a migraine and needed to stop asap. The lobby and public areas were extremely clean, and the rooms were equally clean. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had in years - we would definitely stay here again. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
Update: During my most recent stay, I enjoyed a warm and friendly staff, a clean room, and perfectly peaceful hallways!! Thank you so much for making everything perfect for my family and I to cool off in the pool, dine, and chat in the lobby and peaceful rest. Moreover, thank you so much for responding to my review here on Google and with your great service. 😊 First Review: The front desk attendant was very kind by allowing me to check-in a few minutes early because a room was available and he went further to find a room at the end of the hall away from traffic and noise. The room was clean and welcoming. Upon check out, the front desk attendant was professional, smiling, and ready to help. In the eatery, another attendant was watching the food to keep it hot and stocked for the guests. The muffins were surprisingly soft and moist and not wrapped in plastic like a convenient store treat. I hate to mention this because everyone is different, but the bed was so hard that I had to sleep on the pillows. Finally, I usually choose hotels over motels for the added peace and quiet, so it was an unpleasant surprise to hear housekeeping singing loudly as they were working and hollering down the hall to each other to communicate.
What a collection! If you or someone you love, loves anything that has wheels on it, this is a must! My entire family was in awe with everything there! Brice, a new employee of 3 months couldnât rant more about how much he loved working there, and
Great food!!! Extremely nice server too. They were extremely understaffed but our server took good care of us. No alcohol served but the food was so good it makes up for the lack of drinks. I had the taco tour which was a mixture of 13 different taco
Gosh, there are so many wonderful things to say about this specific park. The veterans memorial was built to remember our warriors for our freedom. My uncle was the one who provided the input for this project. I've been several times with friends, pe
We live in Moody, we've never been here. Now my husband and I eat here all the time. This is a great place to eat true authentic Mexican cuisine. The fajitas come out to your table steaming and sizzling. The salsa and chips are our personal favorites
