Clean hotel, Staff is friendly. Bed is super comfy but I did overhear a guest say the bed was too hard. As with any hotel, personal preference. Location is fantastic! Literally down the road from a grocery store and Target and several restaurants. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the breakfast area wasn't well restocked. It was clean so big plus there but I had to ask for coffee creamer to be restocked, they ran out of the Hazelnut coffee creamer, they had run out of coffee at one point and on the Sunday morning we stayed, they were out of all baked goods (no toast, no bagels, no scones, nothing). |The room was spacious and clean! Bathroom was large and well stocked. We didn't hear any road noise or much people noise so well insulated. AC worked fantastic! We only had maid service one day but they did a terrific job!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with your hotel’s conduct during a recent storm on July 31st, which left my family and me without power. With my wife, our two children, including a 6-week-old infant, we sought refuge and searched for nearby hotels. Online prices appeared reasonable, with rates under $200 per night. However, when I called to book a room due to spotty phone service caused by the storm, I was quoted an exorbitant rate of $421 for the night. I confirmed this multiple times with the clerk, who assured me that the price was indeed $421. This level of price gouging, especially during such challenging times, is outrageous. Fortunately, we were able to find a room at the Marriott, who honored their online prices and kept their integrity, for under $250. How dare your establishment take advantage of the community during a crisis? This is not only shameful but also morally reprehensible. For reference, I made this call at 8:36 PM, in case it was an employee attempting to exploit the situation. Your actions have left a lasting negative impression, and I urge you to reconsider such practices in the future. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply troubling.

This hotel has been under construction for months. This is our second stay in six months. The construction details in the room lack overall quality and attention to detail. The faucet in the bathrooms are installed at an angle so water runs all over the counter. The door was missing a threshold and the shower head barely worked. For two of the three mornings there was no breakfast left by 730 and the toaster was broken. The staff is friendly and helpful - quick to reset the TV and were nice at check in. Getting a key to the room took 25 minutes due to challenges with the computer which reception noted has been an issue for weeks. The location is ideal with shops (target, bakers etc) within minutes. Given the price of the stay was over $200 per night - they need to clean up the rooms and pay greater attention to construction details.

Service was good, room was well maintained, and the breakfast was good tasting. No negative experiences overall with the night stay. My only issue would be how my two night reservation made by the reservations department, which are located off-site, made it a one night.

Have stayed here 4-5 times in the last 8 months. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful, rooms have been clean, and the free breakfast isn't half bad. Not the best I've had, but a far cry from the worst.

Easy to find and the outside was nice. Shame on Hampton for having a woman working alone during the night. The staff was friendly and attentive. But, they needed additional personnel for service and safety. The room was adequate. But, the bathroom wasn’t. The sink faucet was piped with the hot water on the right side (where the cold should be), the faucet was angled in a way that all of the water wouldn’t make it into the sink, the water that made it to the sink was slow to drain due to a clog, water pooled on the vanity and ran onto the floor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the shower door didn’t close all the way. For a newly remodeled facility, room 300 has a lengthy punch list. Breakfast cook was a no show and the manager did the best she could as she was the only staff member there. The wife offered to help her cook.

We spent a night in Bellevue and chose this hotel. It is conveniently located. Front desk staff were friendly at check-in and the lobby was clean. Our room was nicely furnished, spacious, and we were comfortable. A very quiet stay! Travel safe…

The carpet in our room had several stains, the sink in the bathroom was clogged having 1-2 inches of standing water while it slowly drained. Breakfast was not good, the posted time was 7-10 am, we arrive a few minutes before 9. There was only a scoop or two of eggs, no bacon, only a few pieces of wheat toast. When getting cold cereal the milk container was empty. We were moved to a smaller room due to them not being able to fix the sink. Our second night of staying both elevators were out of order and we walked up 4 floors to our room. We will never stay her again.
