I don’t know why this is only a 3.8! I give it a 5! If you are lucky enough to get a check in w Krystina before she gives birth to her baby boy, you are lucky! She is the best! Super helpful and absolutely goes above and beyond! We were so thankful to have her helping us w my infant daughter when we needed to adjust a 3rd party reservation! This place is immaculate and had amazing guest services! So thankful we found this hidden gem!
Lacks attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and safety. You can see where doors were kicked in and dogs had scratched headboards. Checkin staff was not knowledgeable about the hold places on cards and how long they take to return. We were loyal to Hilton but this plan would make us choose another place next time. Also the fitness center was bad at best as all you can smell is overwhelming mold.
I must say I am very disappointed with the Hampton Inn Belle Vernon. I made a booking with them on the 20th of June 2024, which I cancelled not even one hour later due to a family emergency. I immediately called them explaining the situation and asking for a refund, and the lady who worked there told me once they receive the cancellation from booking.com they will inform booking.com to refund me. A day later I send Belle Vernon a message asking for a confirmation, but they never got back to me. 2 days after that I called again and a different lady picked up and said she will make sure we get the refund. This was now all almost ONE month ago and I have messaged them several times and called them and 1. my messages get ignored and I get EMPTY PROMISES via the staff at Bella Vernon. First I was very thankful to them for being so understanding, then I was very patient as the process took so long, but now I am just angry and very upset by this whole situation as I still haven't heard anything or gotten a refund. Please help me and keep your promises!!!!!!!!
Went to go book a hotel for the night to take my son swimming. Walked in and the lady proceeded to tell me that they don’t accept “locals” I’ve never in my life heard of this policy before so I’m not really sure what that was about… so we basically got turned away because we were considered “locals” I guess or for whatever reason they wanted to come up with is absolutely bizarre. Went down the street to a different one and didn’t get TURNED AWAY. Thankfully. If this is the policy you guys have you should probably have it posted somewhere.
Location is very convenient with Walmart practically next door, and options for cooked food just as close. Rooms are nicer than the location we stayed at night before n California PA. So if you have been there. You can bet the rooms look better here. And service is excellent. Beyond any expectations anyone could ever reasonably ask. A personal thank you is required at this point for Ada. My kids think kindly of you.
Both the toilet and shower bar were busted (and not repaired on request), and the bed was not comfortable. They did have my room ready early, which was very helpful
I stayed at this location for about 2 weeks for work. The ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast staff was also very friendly. Some breakfast items change day to day which is nice if staying for an extended period of time. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff did a great job of maintaining the entry with removing the snow.
Room was fine but the for $120 I had hoped for more than one towel, some soap (see image ) and more than cubed eggs. The room next door tried to open the adjoining door at about 4 am and then started a party about 6 am .
Food was quite tasty. Portions were very generous. Our server, Susan, was informative, friendly, courteous, accomodating and an all round delight to interact with. Hope to visit again.
We love the Foster House and have been customers for many years. We donât get there as often as we used to, and usually just order take out these days. Weâve put our time in though; trying to get those Thursday night wings and a place to sit. I
This is our favorite place to get the hibachi experience and for sushi. The food is fresh and flavorful, the staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. We took my mom for her first hibachi experience and she loved it!
We had a party of 38, had 1 waitress- she was outstanding! The food was good and served in a timely manner, we did not feel pressured to leave and we were able to bring in our own cake and socialize after dinner. Truly blessed to celebrate our dadâ
