Well this is definitely a bottom barrel Hilton property, likely the worst Hampton Inn I have been to. The carpet is coming up in multiple spots throughout the room. There was trash on the bathroom floor, pubic hair on the toilet, the walls are all kinds of dirty with questionable substances. AND the laundry facilities are out of order. My room was comped, yes. But us customers come here believing there are standards being upheld. Very disappointed!

Update- the "owner" response is automated. The pictures are true and accurate to what this hotel standards are (or lack of). I seriously doubt anything will get better while under this management/ownership.
Bad rooms and bad customer service here - one of the worst hilton properties across the whole usa.
The rooms have a damp smell.
The air conditioning leaks water onto the carpet causing the smell. The front desk does not care and probably are well aware of the situation. The gm also had a no care attitude cause by coincidence she was at the reception.
Please, DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE IS A REASON IT IS SO CHEAP!
Where to begin? The front desk clerk was asleep. She also rudely told me that she marked my reservation as a no-show, even though I told them what time I'd check in. This removed my reservation from my account, points system, AND the Hilton application. When I asked why I wasn't notified in the application, via email, or even by phone, she just shrugged and said, "that's not our policy"!
Ultimately, she re-issues me new cards...that do not even work. Once I can get in the room, there's a large blood-colored stain on a pillow...and she gave me a pillow case to re-dress the pillow myself. If this is blood, that is a biohazard. Finally, when I tried to log into the wi-fi, since she removed my reservation WITHOUT MY CONSENT, NOTIFICATION, OR KNOWLEDGE, I could not log in without asking for a code...having to wake her up for a third time in a span of 20 minutes.
Positive: The breakfast was awesome, service was amazing! And it was clean. The shower gel and lotion smelled great, it was all around a great time. I will definitely come back again! Negative: The room was worn down a tad bit, but as long as it was clean it was ok! The wood work on the walls were broken and the rubber part of carpet was peeling up. Update the rooms for the price you all are expected to receive. Negative: ""
We had 2 rooms. Both smelled of mildew. There was a dead roach as soon as we opened the door to one room. The shower in the other room was either blazing hot or ice cold... There was no way to adjust it. There was no soap in the shower dispenser.
The breakfast bar in the morning was a travesty. No plates, no plasticware knives, no condiments, empty scrambled eggs (for 30 minutes and never filled while we were down there) on the hot plate. The area was a mess with crumbs everywhere and everything tossed about. The capper was they did have the audacity to have a tip jar put out.
This was not a quality example for the hampton inn brand.
Everything from check in to check out was a 10 from our service, to the nice clean spacious room, and to a great breakfast buffet, it was the best, I will return, and bring my co workers with me!
Positive: The Staff is always professional hotel employee courteous every time I spend the night at their hotel. Negative: Nothing at all.
