Hampton Inn Atlantic City/Absecon - Hotel in Absecon - 338 E White Horse Pike, USA

My wife and I stayed here for our recent beach trip. The common areas and pool were great. Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, our room was dirty upon arrival. Carpet squares were coming off the floor, our shade in our window was broken. The room condition didn’t match the price we paid for. I hope this improves. The hotel staff were all SUPER friendly. The housekeeping lady who cleaned our room after the second night was super nice and she did a way more thorough job vs when we checked in.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Every staff member I encountered was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. The AC worked well. The only negative thing I have to say is that they desperately need to get rid of the carpet in the rooms. You should plan to have flip flops or something on your feet unless you are in the bed or in the shower or they will look like you been walking around outside in the dirt. Everything else in the room was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here when we took our son to college. Staff was GREAT, super friendly. The beds and pillows were sooooo comfy. Very clean. Breakfast in the morning and coffee available all day long. Even a little bar. Great place to stay.

This is a convenient location for going to the beaches or to Smithville. We were surprised at how reasonable it was, at a little over $120 per night before taxes. Now I know why.||This hotel needs some TLC. The carpet in our room was stained, dirty and worn in areas. The hallway carpet was even worse. It not only was dirty, it was torn at the seams and buckling in places. Definitely should be replaced. As should the carpet in the breafast area. Badly stained and dirty. The two chairs in the lobby were also very dirty, with stained arm rests. Needs some major overhauling.||There was only 1 chair in the room. If you rent a room with 2 Queen sized beds, there are probably at least 2 people in the room. Why wouldn't you put 2 chairs in there so they can have a snack or a pizza or play cards? The desk chair was super uncomfortable. I did like that they gave us a bar of soap for the shower. I do not like to turn around in the shower for soap from a dispenser that has been placed on the back wall.||The Breakfast was OK- nothing special or unusual. There were no English Muffins, but everything else was pretty standard for a Hampton. The second day they only had blueberry bagels. I don't know of anyone who likes blueberry bagels. Please- plain, whole wheat, sesame or poppy seed. The female Attendant on our first morning there worked very hard to keep everything fresh and filled. The room is very small. We were crammed in and overflowing out onto the dirty chairs in the lobby. I'd never seen a bar in the kitchen area before in a Hampton. Totally unnecessary. I never saw anyone man it or fix a drink for anyone, but it took up room for 4 small tables. Also, the two alcoves next to the hall had trashcans in them instead of more small tables like other Hampoton's have. The space was not well used.

Stayed here for a few nights on a solo trip to visit family & friends. Room was clean & spacious. Kishma at the front desk was very friendly & welcoming… she makes great mimosas also & I can’t forget about the young lady willing to make me a margarita. Love the staff here! Definitely will be back

Comfortable room and very clean. Beds comfy and shower nice and hot. Quiet and in a safe neighbourhood. Breakfast included was good and plentiful. Staff helpful. About 20 min drive to Atlantic City. Denny’s and other eateries close by for an acceptable meal.

I normally stay in Hampton Inns and in comparison to others this one could use some improvement. Upon entering the room, we were especially struck by the carpeting in the room. It was very worn and warped and definitely needed replacing. Otherwise, the room was well appointed and beds were comfortable . The indoor pool was nice although the tables could’ve used some cleaning. Breakfast was pretty standard. I think we will go back to the Hampton Inn in Egg Harbor Township next time.

Nice hotel and staff. Stayed for one night while in the area for soccer. Hotel was nice. Seemed parts were updated but others werent (ie green carpeting on 3rd floor). Staff was very nice, although possibly low on staff? Front desk was without someone there on several occasions. Rooms were sufficient, updated. Breakfast was the good.
