The desk clerks were friendly and helpful on the phone and at arrival. We could not get a digital room key through the Hilton app and had to stop at the desk for room keys. Room was clean and contained the necessities. Bed was comfortable. It was a quiet location for an overnight stay. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices: make-your-own waffles, hot oatmeal porridge, cheese omelettes, sliced sausages and potato chunks. Cold foods included muffins, breads, yogurt, and fruit. There was cream cheese, peanut butter and jam for the toast but no butter. I heard others ask for butter for their potatoes but we were informed they didn’t have any. Check out was easy as cards could be dropped at the desk. There was a coffee station available in the lobby area. Easy off-on the interstate.

The hotel is in a good location near many restaurants. The health club was in very good shape, and overall the staff is friendly. ||However, I agree with other guest reviews on this hotel. It is apparent it is in desperate need of a facelift. Hotel employees and administration need to pay more attention to detail as well. My husband and I were upgraded to a suite and it was a huge disappointment. The door to the room looked as if it had various things taped to it over the years and it was just a mess. You wouldn’t want to have that door in your own house. It had a Jacuzzi tub and my husband had to fiddle with the stopper to make it operational. As I was filling it with water, the water became more and more sudsy. Do they just spray the tub and not wipe it down? Was it clean from the last time it was used by a guest? The water did not look appealing and we just drained it. ||The wallpaper is buckling and repairs are clumsily done. ||There is a bench in the bedroom which had huge stains on it and looked as if it was upholstered in the 1980s. To me, this would have been an easy fix of replacing that small piece of fabric! When we made the hotel aware of these problems, she did not offer any points on the Diamond account. ||The furniture style and quality is reminiscent of what you would see in an economy motel. For a Hampton property, this is really not up to par. ||As other people have stated in their reviews, they are concerned about the condition of the hotel. There seems to be no firm answer from management as to when it will change, only promises. ||If we stay in this area again, I would look for accommodations elsewhere.

The hotel location was really nice. Across from Kroger and cute restaurants. Rooms were pretty quiet and the breakfast was good along with service. The downside of the hotel was the actual room! Such old and run down furniture. Everything was dusty and the carpet was so terrible! I didn't bring any slippers and at the end of the day, my feet were so brown and dirty from how disgusting and dirty it is there! For the price I highly recommend another hotel. Not worth it and definitely does not hold up to the name of the hotel. Dog poop everywhere outside in the parking lot, also. Don't recommend it. Stayed here for a week and would never go back. Staff was nice but the rooms were absolutely disgusting.

My husband and I have stayed here several times, and really enjoy our stays. Though we were traveling for business reasons, it’s like a mini vacation every time. The staff is amazing from front desk throughout. My only complaint is that I learned on our last stay that they are pet friendly. I think a little too pet friendly. How did I learn this? A guest a few doors from us had several dogs. The barking was so bad you could hear it outside in the parking lot. Fortunately, I couldn’t hear the barking in my room but any time we opened the door to exit. A different guest had a large bull dog that was in the elevator. We didn’t feel comfortable getting in the elevator with such a large unknown animal. This has caused us to rethink booking this establishment. I don’t want to sleep in a bed that may have been occupied by animals.

We stayed for one night on our way across the Southern states, and this hotel is in a great location. Our room was really clean, spacious and comfortable but (especially for a Hilton brand!) definitely could use a makeover. That said, for our last-minute reservation, proximity to the highway and the very reasonable price I wasn’t expecting an actual Hilton. The service though…I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability who travels with a service dog. I do. My dog is trained, wears a tag with emergency information…and just as I do with air travel, I carry documentation from my doctor about my (not visible) disability and use of a service dog. When my husband and I went to the lobby to get a cup of coffee, the staff member who was cleaning in there snapped “you can’t bring your dog in here! No dogs allowed in the breakfast area!” Even after I explained he was a service dog she was totally rude, said it didn’t matter, that no dogs are allowed and that’s what she was told by her manager. I asked if he was there and she shrugged and walked away! So I went to the desk and spoke with the lady there. She confirmed the manager told them no dogs were allowed and he wasn’t in until 9:00. I pulled out my documentation but she wasn’t interested in looking at it. So I told her we were going to sit down and have coffee- and she could leave a note for the manager and he could feel free to contact me. After we sat down the lady called out that my dog was really well-behaved…and then she asked if people could pet him! I said no, but I was so done explaining things by then I couldn’t wait to leave. So I personally wouldn’t stay there again because of the way I was treated. But for the sake of other travelers with service dogs, I’d strongly recommend ADA training for the staff at this hotel.

I’d give this place ten stars if I could. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. The pool is clean and wonderful. The property is well maintained. Very safe. I will be staying there again when I’m in Stockbridge.

We stayed overnight at the Hampton in Stockbridge expecting its usual above average experience. The check in went smoothly and the front desk agent was a delight. The room was a king/spa room, and the large jacuzzi tub was awesome.|The bed however, was one of the worst nights sleep we have had. When we sat on the bed you could not only hear springs but feel them as well. We both got about 2 hours sleep. Upon checkout I informed the front desk agent, and she did not apologize or offer to credit any portion of our $220 room. She said, she would tell maintenance to check it out and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. I am a Hilton Honors member, and needless to say, I am not happy and will not be visiting any Hampton's anytime soon. Also, the hotel room was very tired, and could use some paint repairs and freshening up a bit. On the plus side, breakfast selections and quality were excellent.

Only one woman working on 10/7/23. She had to clean rooms herself to get them ready for check in at 11pm. We booked 2 queens but were given a king and fold out couch. Very uncomfortable. We stayed in a room 2 doors down from side entrance. That door was never locked for key entry, it just opened. Outdated rooms. The ceiling above the tub was old and looked like it has bad water damage. The breakfast was below par for a normal Hilton stay. I was very disappointed as I am a Hilton member.
