The front desk staff greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. We were checked into a room convenient to parking, the front desk, and the breakfast area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot breakfast was generous and delicious. Our first key did not work, and one of the staff delivered a new one to us minutes after our arrival.

I had a great experience with the Hampton Inn. My stay was fairly short -- only 2 nights -- and booked last minute. I'm glad that I ended up selecting this hotel. The staff were excellent and courteous; the room was clean and seemed modern; and the hotel is located in a rather pretty little area, close to shopping centers and to my event destination. Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly, so I was able to see lots of furry friends walking around. A lot of folks have raved about the breakfast and I can confirm that it's pretty excellent. I look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Georgia!

The room was nice, everything was in great working order and most importantly, it was clean. This stay was a delight. Terrible experience for me too! Very poor sound insulation between the rooms, the next room turned on their TV at 3am and started talking and we heard every words.

We had a 2 night short stay during a holiday weekend. Our room was clean and spacious! Our favorite part was at the front desk. He was super friendly and helpful to our family of 4. Q

First of all the hotel is located in a very beautiful location it's country like environment and feel is what invites you as you approach this hotel it is pet friendly and has plenty of area to walk your pet the first room I got which was the room I choose the rug was the only issue but the staff was so pleasant and accommodating to me and put me in another room with no problem the rooms itself is beautiful and was clean I'm so grateful to have found this place I definitely will keep staying here when I'm in town thank you guys so much ...oh and the breakfast!! Was really really good I loved it

Staff was nice, but room 318 has an ant issue all over the desk upon scanning the room. One of the beds also had red specks of what looks like blood on the sheets, which is usually a sign of bed bugs.

Lovely place to stay, and all the staff is helpful. Jessica was very kind and helpful in addressing an issue in our room. Thank you!

We got there early. But they were very sweet and accommodating. Nice room. The fitness center was clean, too. Breakfast was ok, too. There are plenty of options. That area was clean and filled.
