Clean rooms and public area. Night manager Tim was very friendly. Room was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good made me a bagel , sausage, and egg. Hot water available for tea and hot cocoa. Coffee too. Convenient near many stores. Easy off and on the highway. Only problem I had was getting knocked off the wifi

Typical Hampton... clean rooms, relatively safe area, decent prices. Have to say that the ladies who run the breakfast service here were on point, though. One of the cleanest and most tightly run I've had at a Hampton. They kept everything stocked and cleaned up spills and tables immediately.

You should definitely stay here. The rooms were very clean. The check in was fast and easy. The staff was great! And the breakfast bar was way beyond what a hotel breakfast is usually. Oh and the bed was comfortable which is a big deal to me.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Conyers for a week while I was training with my employer. From A to Z, I had a wonderful experience. The check in and check out both went smoothly. The room was very clean. For some reason I couldn't watch local channels that had football on. That was the big disappointment, which clearly is winning. I also thought their breakfast each morning was great. It was included in the stay. There was a nice variety of choices. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. All the employees I interacted with where personable, engaging, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you Hampton Inn.

First off having to go up an incline or depart in a decline concrete grade with luggage cart is a bit ridiculous. My cart actually rolled away from me after was stopped (I thought) even the other exit has a bad decline concrete stop and that time the cart rolled off the curb and got stick. Second we had a mobility room for my husband but you could not fit a wheel chair in the shower and it has a lip on it😒 Breakfast area and the service ladies were awesome. Check in the lady was rude and polite all at the same time. Weird. Probably would not stay at this location again. As a Hilton diamond member I am fairly experienced with quality Hampton inn's

Positive: The Staff was professional and friendly. They let me check in early at 1pm. I appreciated this after a long flight. The fitness center was awesome as well as the breakfast bar had fresh food. Looking forward yo my next stay and highly recommend the Hotel Negative: N/A

We selected this hotel based on price and its location. We wanted a hotel with easy access to restaurants and shops for the final night of our Georgia & N Carolina road trip before heading home to the UK from ATL.|Unfortunately for us, although there are restaurants nearby due to the busy roads and no footpaths these are not walkable so one of us had to be the designated driver.|The hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and quality linens. The staff were welcoming and helpful.|The on-site laundry was convient.|Breakfast did the job for the children of both families travelling with us.

Kind of expected a bit better experience. Stayed here for my daughter's wedding with my wife and niece. Overall a decent experience but the air conditioner went out the second night. It was late and we were tired after the wedding and it wasn't too hot that night so we just went to sleep and reported at checkout. Mild inconvenience that they offered no discount for. Due to my inexperience with booking rooms I had booked to nights separately instead of together. Staff helped me navigate that with minimal difficulties but there was no way to merge them so I had to deal with that the morning of the wedding; was not a huge issue.
