I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and bed super comfortable. Really close to highway and everything I could need. The best piece for me was enjoying their pollinator garden landscape. Did not expect that at a hotel and I really enjoyed being outside and looking at all the butterflies and bees dancing from flower to flower. It was just relaxing and beautiful.

This is a great hotel. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are super clean. The location is nice, close to pretty much everything. I always stay at Hampton Inn when I travel, and this one didn’t disappoint me. I will recommend it to my family and friends/colleagues

The staff was so friendly. Daniel, at the front desk, was awesome. He was so nice and offered suggestions for local restaurants that did not disappoint. He always greeted us and made sure our stay was great. It was quiet. The breakfast had many choices and was pretty good. It was close to downtown.

We had absolutely the best time staying at this Hampton Inn!! The room was clean and we had all the blankets and pillows we could ask for. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept and the kids had a blast every night in it after we got back from our activities. Everyone was so nice, especially Toni!!! She was there every morning for breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter and I love mustard and they didn’t have any at the breakfast buffet, but sweet Toni made sure we had some every morning. My daughter also loves strawberry syrup and she got it out for her every morning!! She’s the epitome of excellent customer service and I know she’ll be there to bless other families the way she did ours!!!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at this location. The facility was clean, and staff was actively on top of maintaining clean facilities. We arrived to the common carpet of the hallway being steam cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and convenient, and pretty packed! The room was clean, everything worked exactly as we’d expect it to. I’d recommend this property and will stay again. As a bonus, we got to see a black bear and her cubs across the road from the hotel!!

Hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. ||Big 5 Stars to Gigi for helping me out. She was very kind and sweet. She went out of her way to help with what I was needing.||If you are in Asheville this is where you need to stay. Home away from home feeling.

Immaculately clean. Quiet and peaceful surrounding. Beautiful landscaping. Marty had a polite and caring demeanor. He was kind and helpful. The pool area was exceptionally clean with a beautiful view of trees. Great breakfast. Wonderful stay!

Flew down from NE Ohio to explore the Biltmore again and take in the Chihuly Glass exhibition. The hotel was very clean, the staff warm and welcoming, the breakfast tasty. The location was perfect for exploring Asheville.|There was one small problem with the shower and, once reported, was quickly taken care of.|My partner's only complaint was the positioning of the bathroom sink faucet. If you have large hands, it's hard to wash your hands, as the faucet doesn't extend far enough into the sink. This was an error on the part of the architect or the contractor, but there's nothing that can be done now, so just be careful when washing your hands. |Excellent stay.
