We just stayed one night and it was very clean and pleasant. I got a room on the third floor and it was very quiet and comfortable. This Hampton was recently remodeled and everything was like new! Very conveniently located off I85. I would definitely recommend this Hampton!
Overall, it was a good stay. The room had a stand-up shower and a comfortable bed. There was a Good Hampton breakfast and ample parking. The AC was good, and it was fairly quiet. I would recommend it for a good stay. The staff was pleasant. Easy access to interstate.
Maybe not quite 5 stars, but I’m compensating for some of the fake reviews.
Great room with all new surfaces. I really appreciated the DOUBLE blackout curtains. Only complaint is that the shower door would not stay closed, lol.
Service. I didn’t have any real needs, but the breakfast was certainly passable. Kudos to the woman who defies corporate orders and cooks the grits with salt, lol.
Location. Closest hotel to my work location. Typical fast food right by the property, and some nicer local restaurants a few miles down the road.
A very nice stay, our room was recently renovated, brand new everything! Very clean, all the amenities! Front desk people cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was good assortments, would stay again!
Nothing to complain about, everything works fine, the rooms are brand new, the Internet is very fast, the person who helped me with the check in (Mr. Trey) was very attentive and friendly (Be careful that they don't take him to work at another hotel)|Excellent place A1+I recommend it 100 %
We really were pleased with our stay here. One of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. The place was recently remodeled and everything was clean and in excellent condition. Nice room layout. The staff we encountered were very nice and pleasant to talk with. The breakfast included was top notch, plentiful and many options to choose from.
BED BUGS!!! My apologies for the delayed response, but I wanted to give Hilton Corporate offices ample opportunity to respond. I contacted the hotel directly on Monday, 3/11, to speak with the property manager. I was told that he/she was not there. The representative refunded me for the night's stay, after I explained what happened. I made contact with Hilton corporate on 3/12 was told that someone would be reaching out to me within three days, and that did not happen. They stated that someone called from the hotel. This was not true! I did not receive a phone call from the hotel, nor did I have a voice-mail or a record of missed call.
They requested that I provide pictures. I provided pictures of my forehead, the left side of my face, and the upper and lower parts of my left arm. There were a total of 5 bites along the forehead and left side of MY FACE, as well as 8-10 bites down my left arm. I was at this hotel for less than 12 hours from approximately 8 pm on Friday(3/8) night until approximately 7 am on Saturday, 3/9. I began experiencing intense itching on Saturday morning. As I write this review, 14 days after my encounter, the bites are just beginning heal. Hilton has always been my brand of choice, but this experience has been horrifying, embarrassing, and humiliating.
I felt reaching out to corporate was the most efficient & effective way to come to a solution, as well as find out the proper procedures and how issues as such are rectified. I did not expect to wait 10 days for someone to contact me in reference to such a disgusting experience. Three days after providing pictures, I was casually met with a "Unfortunately, we cannot do anything...." response. They deflected, saying "... cannot get involved because physical presence is required..." What??? I am utterly disappointed at the lack of accountability and lackadaisical efforts when handling a loyal Hilton Honors customer who has encountered bed bugs at their property. I expected better. PLEASE DO BETTER!
Customers... do not be fooled by how clean rooms may appear! Take the sheets off, and check the mattress crevices!
The first room we were assigned would not open (apparently the lock had a dead battery) so we were moved. The second room toilet wouldn't flush so we were moved again. The third room came with a complimentary greek salad kit and a can of beer. It was too late at night for either so we gave them to the front desk. The woman working the desk was super nice and apologetic. The rooms were nice but the third room (329) could have used some more attention to detail to cleaning since there was stuff left in the fridge, the phone had makeup on it, and the sheets smelled clean but had some light stains. Breakfast was like any hotel breakfast but the omlets were overcooked and they didn't have the usual biscuits and gravy which I was kinda bummed about. They did have vanilla and strawberry waffle batter to choose from though (both were good).
