Hampton Inn Anderson - Hotel in Anderson - 120 Interstate Blvd, USA

Was located right off the main highway. Was pet friendly which was very important! King size bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. Great continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one complaint..shower was out of shampoo. Will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Room was newly remodeled and cozy with that new room smell still faintly present. Spotless and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was well above average with many hot and cooked fresh items included. I enjoyed the multiple fresh coffee options and the kids hot chocolate in the lobby. We will pick this location again for sure over the competition when visiting the area again. Very pleased with the experience.

We had requests upon making reservations and all requests were met with a smile. Hotel was clean and accommodations were comfortable. Excellent location close to everything

Conveniently located near our destination, shopping, and plenty of restaurant options for meals. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast is an outstanding perk! Front desk staff is very kind!

Good place to stop for an overnight stay. Plenty of restaurants close. Movie Theater right next door.

Room smelled very humid like mildew, AC unit was very loud, the bed cracked and squeaked very bad, the breakfast was not stocked at all, and the pool was closed. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly but could not do anything about the issues. Cleaning staff has their equipment scattered all over the halls and in front of the elevator. Location was close to the interstate with lots of traffic noise. The electronic app door key did not work for outside doors or the fitness room-only the hotel room assigned. This location was not like any other Hampton Inn we have stayed at. Definitely not worth the money.

The staff was amazing. They didn't have an indoor pool so they called the hotel next door and we were able to use theirs. Also, our room's AC stopped working and without any complications, or delays they gave us another room.

The interior could use some renovations and some extensive cleaning, but rooms we're okay. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, what was really disappointing was the breakfast that was offered. We stayed during the weekend so we we're told breakfast hours ended until 10:00 am. However, by 9:30 am the majority of items we're already gone. We asked a staff member to see if any of the items missing would be restocked (bacon, bread, fruit, plates, milk, coffee) and we we're told only the milk and coffee could be due to the time. As diamond members we've stayed at many hilton properties and usually the breakfast areas are well stocked until closing time and have a designated staff member attentive to what needs to be restocked; but unfortunately it was not the case here.
