The front desk was extremely helpful and compassionate. Very generous and kind. They set me up with a very nice room. Very accommodating. I didn't even know they had hot breakfast, it was delicious and very generous. Thank you. The breakfast area felt very peaceful and just safe to sit at and eat, enjoy your coffee, orange juice and food. This hotel was amazing.

I got very good sleep...which I needed. All of the staff there were very friendly, even the housekeepers and the breakfast attendants as well as the front desk. It felt like a safe home being there. I will definitely visit again in the future...thank you so much I appreciate it.

I had to stay near the hospital and this choice was a good one. Clean, comfortable with a nice complementary breakfast to start my day. I used the app for nearly everything, but when I had to make changes based on the hospital stay I was easily able to. For being just off highway 83 my room was quiet. A number of places to eat nearby made the stay even better. The room discount for hospital was a real service.

My family booked 7 rooms and a meeting room as a base for a memorial service for the matriarch of the family at a nearby cemetery. Not surprisingly, the facilities were attractive and comfortable, but the staff was the standout. Wendy, the very helpful Director of Sales who arranged our stay, knew the reason we were there, and in our meeting room when we arrived was a sympathy card individually signed by members of the hotel staff. The front desk and other staff were kind and accommodating, especially to the little kids who kept running around. Breakfast was great. We could not have been more pleased and appreciative.

I did not have the pleasure of staying at this location, but I did have the pleasure of interacting with Francine at the front desk. As I waited to meet my friend in the lobby, I saw how kind, patient, and efficient she was. 5 stars for Francine. If other staff members are like-minded, it must be a good place.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Staff was friendly, room was clean. I don't get the scam you try and run with the one HDMI cable port that works with no option to switch it? You know I worked around that, right? Be better.

We stayed at this hotel for our daughter's wedding. We had a lot of family/friends also stay at the hotel. The staff was great, the rooms clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good variety.||The lobby area is large with lots of sitting areas so we had a place to hang out and socialize.||We had 27 rooms booked and everyone was happy with their stay here.

We stayed overnight to rest on our way home to GA from Connecticut. Overall it’s very nice. Great breakfast, nice and clean rooms, awesome buffet breakfast. Very clean place if you are not using a washer, Gym, or pool. We needed to wash and the washer was dirty and inside the Gym making it hot for those working out. They have a small pool but at least it’s a pool.
