The lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. We stayed for 1 night just passing through 12/29/23 Our room was very clean and nice- king studio. Bed comfortable The lady who was working the breakfast area in the morning was extremely sweet and helpful. I told my husband we haven’t haven’t stayed at a hotel/motel with such nice staff in a long time! We would definitely stay again.

I travel for work a lot, and my company uses a third party for reservations. I arrived at the front desk the clerk didn't have a name tag but he said his name was Winston. Gave him my information and he said he need a credit card for incidentals. I explained the card on file was the card that is used for the room and incidentals. He cut me off and wouldn't let me show the information that stated this before he went to the next people that walked in to check in. After about 5 minutes or so of him helping the next guess check in that didn't have a reservation, I then let him know the other person that works with me had no issue checking in the same way I was. He quickly said that can't be right because they need a physical card for incidentals. After he looked up his information to see I was indeed correct about using the card on file, he magically finds my information...... The hotel is clean and quiet which is all I care about since I travel so much for work. After a long day, the last thing I want to deal with is a rude person.

Thieves. Never leave a credit card deposit as it will not be returned to you. Leave only cash that you can physically withdraw immediately before leaving the hotel. I left them a credit card deposit and they didn't refund my money. I called them after 20 days, explained the situation and was told that the money would be refunded within 24 hours. They didn't, so I called them again later and was told someone would contact me in 2 days. They didn't do that either. Then I called them again and in the end they told me that they refunded my money, and when I told them to send me proof of payment because I know they didn't refund my money - they won't send it to me. Be careful how you leave your deposit with them.

I had a good experience here and would stay here again. Good location for where I was going on a business trip. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby, depending on what you’re there for. The rooms were very comfortable, but a bit dated. The breakfast was pretty good. Nothing super fancy here but good for its purpose. The staff was very friendly!

We had a very nice stay here. The staff here is excellent. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good also. The cookies at night are a very special touch. There are a few maintenance issues as far as keeping everything perfect so I can’t give it a 5/5, but I will definitely stay here again.

Honestly, if it weren't for the staff, this establishment would be receiving a one- two star review. The room was out of basic amenities such as body wash. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the location is not good. I had my diesel fuel siphoned during my visit. I asked the front desk for footage, and apparently, the cameras only extend to the driveway. It was very close to a Chilis, which was nice. I told the bar tender at the restaurant what happened, and she replied that she was not surprised because of the local homeless population in the area and said it was not a good area to be in. I love love love the night staff Blue and the male manager! Super awesome people!

From the front desk joyous welcome from Winston to the excellent and clean accommodations, this Hampton Inn is an GREAT example of what makes Hampton Inns my favorite. Terrific job, Winston, and thanks for a great stay. Keep smiling.

I do my homework before staying at a hotel these days looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place with friendly service. I found it all at this location! As much as one pays to stay all night on the road these days, I/you do not want to be disappointed. Read the reviews that people leave and if the majority give positive feedback (and it's in a safe neighborhood) you will be satisfied!
