Very friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom, clean. Breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold items and plenty of seating. Lots of place to park. Restaurants not really within walking distance, but a two minute drive away.||I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel. I will stay again , and will look forward to it. Top notch front desk employees. I had a minor issue with my room and I mentioned it as I was heading out to dinner. The woman offered to change my room immediately . I declined her offer since I was settled in and I could work around my room issue. She offered more than once to change my room even as the evening progressed. I truly appreciated her offer. This is how it should be. My room is spotless. Very comfortable. Nice TV and good channel selection. Pool area was clean. I did not use it. Lots of restaurants/ stores in 5-7 min drive. Wegmans is just a few min drive away and fantastic prepared meals/ salads can be bought there. Thumbs up to this hotel.

I stayed at two different Hampton Inns during my travel with my family. This one was not as clean. The furniture was very outdated and the floors were extremely stained. The bathroom was not that clean. Toothpaste or some blue substance was on the walls in multiple spots. The shower was subpar at best. The water pressure was terrible in comparison. The TV kept losing signal. This room was more expensive than the one I stayed in the night before in VA. It was also smaller. There wasn't a couch like there was in the other Hampton I stayed in. Over all I wouldn't stay here again. I also noticed I could not reserve my room with my honor membership which was annoying.

This is an excellent Hampton Inn, close to I-81. We booked at the last minute when we needed a place to stay on our trip north. Even though booking late, we got a huge king room with nice bathroom and shower. Check-in online was easy, although we had to stop at the desk to show ID to get the digital room key to work. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare, with big selection but nothing gourmet. It’s unlikely we’ll ever stay in Wilkes-Barre again, but if we do, we’d come back.

Top notch Hampton Inn. Was recognized as a gold member at checkin with complementary water & snacks. Rooms were clean and well-kept up, staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked, and there was even a pool/hot tub (although we did not have time to use it)

Stopped in on my way from NH to TN. Very nice hotel. Clean. Great location. Pet friendly. Special shout out to Katie, Brianna & Mark at the front desk. They were super friendly and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay. After a very stressful drive we came into 2 amazing people to put us into a lovely room and recommendation's to dinner. Both made us feel so welcomed. We will be telling all we know about this gem. Thank you both Mary and Ed Ingraham

The rooms are showing their age style-wise specially compared to recent stay at a competing brand. The staff was kind, and helpful. Complementary breakfast and all day coffee will get/keep you going. You are near many restaurants, and stores. We didn't like being roomed beside kids. Very rowdy and uncontrolled. Avoid if you value a quiet stay. Of course, using the pool was out of the question for the same reason.
