It is time for new pillows and mattress. These were the worse I have ever slept on. The mattress had zero support. The food in the breakfast area was not hot but they did get refreshing the coffee.|Also it is getting very close to time for a makeover to the hotel. Very disappointed in the stay.

Very unimpressed with this hotel. I will start with the positive, that the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms (including bathroom) appear to be nicely renovated. The rest of the hotel needs the same renovation though. The carpeting here is horrible. I also HATE the fact that people are designing these rooms with a perfect luggage area for your suitcase, with NO LIGHT OVER IT! When it's dark outside, you can't see anything in your suitcase without a flashlight. Stupid design. My room also had a broken iron which I had to ask to be replaced, and this is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that had soap and shampoo dispensers on the wall in the shower...but NO CONDITIONER! How is it even possible that they would just leave that out?? I was especially disturbed by the breakfast area. I was shocked to see that the kitchen person stupidly put all of the utensils in the buckets UPSIDE DOWN! How do these people not know that this is a health code violation?? Now everyone at this hotel is at risk of other guests having their dirty hands touch the parts of the utensils that go in our mouths. Is this not common sense that they're supposed to be pointed down, because hands are the single most germ-infested source of spreading illnesses?

Overall disappointing. AC units suck at this location. Not your standard Hilton AC. Good luck if it’s hot out. Checked in at 4pm, temp was 73. Set it to 64. By 10pm it was only 71. By the next morning it was still only 69. Unacceptable. No business center. Standard everywhere. Staff is quite literally never at the front desk. Waited at the desk 3 different times for over 5 minutes. Also stops serving breakfast at 9am. Every Hampton inn nationwide stops at 10am. Only redeeming feature was the shower heads, rarely that nice in any hotel. 

I selected room via app but they cancelled my choice and gave me another room far away from the entrance. Not a good service. The location is good and the breakfast is standard. Earlier they used to provide water bottles with the room booking but did not get any water bottle this time. Coffee available in the lobby all day. Update: reducing a star just because of the lie mentioned in the google review response.

Room 107: the phone had no dial tone, the vanity sink would not drain (eventually it would) a caterpillar was climbing up the bathroom wall, and the toilet float was out of adjustment, making a loud clank when flushed, and there were potato chip crumbs around the builtin furniture, not to mention a long piece of dental floss on the carpet, not clean. I will say, the hotel was recently updated and looked modern. Breakfast: the one woman working the morning breakfast could not keep up with all the customers. Coffee ran out and tables weren't cleaned quickly enough. Buffet food selection lacking; it just had eggs & chicken sausage patties. Typically, guests are provided bacon and potatoes as well. All other American breakfast sides are adequate.

We were very disappointed. Travelling with 2 young grandchildren, we always stayed somewhere with indoor pool. We asked at desk before checking in to confirm there was one. All we were told was yes. Got kids all dressed, went down, and pool was closed. Why could this not have been told to us when we asked. When we asked at the desk, same person said they were waiting on a part. So, he knew, he just chose not to say anything. I called next day to speak with manager and felt like I was brushed off. We WILL NOT be staying at this hotel again. An apology from person who withheld the truth, a discount for the inconvenience, a conversation with manager who acted like she cared......anything would have been nice. Definitely not kid friendly and too high priced for service received!!

I’ll start with the good: hotel was fairly clean. We requested a top floor room due to loud neighbors at a previous stay at another Hilton property. I don’t think this room gets used much as it was dusty, and stale smelling. The location to where we needed to be the next couple of days was great. We felt fairly safe. Parking was iffy, but not terrible. |The bad: this hotel DOES NOT have conditioner in the shower! We always stay at Hilton properties, and I’ve stopped packing shampoos conditioners and body washes because Hilton always provides quality bath products. My husband goes to the front desk and asks for conditioner. He was told they had one bottle left and he had to PURCHASE it! I have never had to purchase basic items at a hotel in my life! |House keeping may have came in our room, and I’m certain someone did while we were gone. The beds were not made! The towels were not replaced with clean ones. After a trip to the pool I stopped by the front desk to ask for towels. She says how many do you need? I asked for 3. She says I only have two clean towels, but here’s 5 hand towels someone can use! Wow! |My daughter was in the shower and yells, mom… we’re out of shampoo! |My husband goes back downstairs to ask for shampoo. She says, we’re out of shampoo! My daughter had been swimming and needed to wash the chlorine out of her hair. She had to use body wash to wash her hair. It was a tangled mess!!! It was horrible! |Upon check out, we were asked how our stay was. I immediately asked if they were out of shampoo. She says, no with a puzzled look on her face. I told her what happened and she said, oh that girl is new. She didn’t know. That was a horrible excuse! |Why were there no clean towels? |Why does this location not have complimentary conditioner? |Why doesn’t the staff know where or how to change out a shampoo dispenser?! |If you stay here make sure your have plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash of your OWN! I’d recommended asking for towels upon check in to be sure you get extras when they don’t come spruce up your room.

Nice clean hotel. Has a small hot breakfast. Breakfast was runny eggs, and good sausage. The waffles were good. Fruit and cereal, good coffee. Nice size room.
