Hampton Inn & Suites West Bend - Hotel in West Bend - 1975 S 18th Ave, USA

We stayed at this Hampton Inn in mid-July. The check in was very smooth. Staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were extremely clean and layout well thought out with plenty of areas to charge devices. The beds were so comfortable along with the pillows and I think it was the best sleep ever. Plenty of hot water for a shower in the morning. Love that they had a body lotion dispenser instead of the tiny bottles that other hotels have. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic with eggs, potatoes and even gluten free sausages. Patty at check out was very friendly and personable. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Beds were harder than I expected, staff was nice but didn't engage in conversation, could have promoted the farmers market? Heard it was highly rated, found it as it was breaking down. Nice old downtown " district" was an easy park and walk and stop in to pubs and stores.

Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and beds and pillows were relatively comfortable. The service staff was excellent! I would stay again just because of how great the service was!

Usually nice place to stay,but had a noisy AC system so did not sleep well. May not be first on list anymore,reported issue,all they said was Oh Sorry.

We stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding near the hotel. The rooms were comfy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful! Hot eggs, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, coffee. Two waffle makers, lots of cold things like yogurt, fruit, cereal. Plenty of options for three mornings. The staff was so, so friendly and accommodating. They recognized us from when we checked in and answered all of our questions so nicely. Just a superb experience all around. If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again.

Spent 2 nights here for a hockey tournament. Pool was over filled with chlorine which was toxic and gave our kids painful skin rashes. Sales lady Corrine was rude to me on the phone. Breakfast was not fully stocked, staff closed breakfast while people were still eating. Our room next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was very loud, and interrupted our sleep. Beds were comfy. Overall not a pleasant stay. We were offered a conference room with our group block of rooms. It was only 5-10pm one night so we did not use it because our group had little kids and that was our quiet/sleep time. Staff provided snack bags for the kids early games which was nice.

My parents stayed here and the ♿️ room was wonderful. The breakfast was too.
