They were able to accommodate early check in for an event. Keys easily demagnetized which was challenging. Location was great. Outdoor patio space was great. Easy to book. Well kept facility! Breakfast was basic but consistent. Overall a good stay.

I went to my good friends wedding and we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Vineland. We had such an amazing experience thanks to the front desk woman Britney! She was so sweet and patient. We got pretty loud in the lobby a few times but she put up with us. She was extremely helpful when one of my friends lost her phone. She helped us look for it and called it till we were thankfully able to find it! I’ve stayed here a few times with not so great experiences. But I just had to say that this time was a world of difference. Thank you Britney for everything, you deserve a raise!

Marcel checked us in and he was super helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond by helping us when my son’s toy car needed new batteries. The rooms were very spacious and the layout of the room was great. We had plenty of space for my kids to feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of food! The pool was clean and warm and we enjoyed swimming! The property was very well taken care of and the staff were all very friendly! Would recommend staying here!

We spent 4 nights the room are outdated, the carpet needs to change and the cough that was in our room was dirty and disgusting with spots all over . The bathroom had a grab bar that was disgusting with black stuff around it. We asked for our room to be service and they couldn't take the time out to make the bed properly or fixed our pillows.

This was the second time staying at this hotel. I was once again so impressed by the staff and hotel! I saw numerous signs of excellent management philosophy around taking care of the guests. Jackie greeted us at the front desk after our long flight and made us feel right at home. At all levels, we saw signs of excellence! Very unusual these days! Highly recommend this hotel.

Listen out of the Hamptons and Hilton hotels this hotel is #1 on my list. Front desk Chantal she was excellent I mean amazing. Very helpful and went above and beyond. If yall ever stay at this hotel and have her at the front desk let’s just say you probably want to spend a few nights. She is just that amazing. My top hotel of choice as a diamond member

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it that. The hospitality was second to none. The ENTIRE staff at this hotel were just amazing and made my lengthy stay very comfortable. Marcel the manager is always helpful, kind, and professional. The housekeeping folks, Larissa and Taylor do an incredible job, to the breakfast bar team, always friendly, to the front desk folks like Jackie and the gang, always helpful and greet you with a smile. Just an amazing team, that seems to reflect management from top to bottom. Everyone seems to love their jobs, are always professional, polite, no matter what the challenges. The room was also amazing, pillows so soft, bed very cozy. I cannot say enough and would highly, highly recommend this hotel.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and overall I'm very happy with my stay. The check in process along with check out was very easy. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite especially Jackie who went out of the way to help me. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
