It was a nice hotel with good service and atmosphere. The wheelchair accessible room was larger than most, but had a few strange design flaws like the bathroom door placement, but that was fine. Had a nice pool which we didn't use. Visited with an old friend in the lobby/breakfast area, which was nice and comfortable.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only reason for a 4 star was the uncomfortable shower head, weird placement of the TV, and mediocre breakfast. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Every morning there was a smile and greeting. Also cleaning staff came by everyday without having to make a reservation. One nice feature of the bathroom was the cubbies to put your private things in. Most hotels don't really have enough shelving for patrons toiletries. So the stay was comfortable.
I stayed at the Tilton NH location July 22nd. Worst experience ever at a hotel . I prepaid so checking in I was prepared to provide a card for an incidental hold. I get there the girl behind the desk checking me in by what she admitted was her mistake charged me for the hotel room that I already paid for instead of the incidental hold. She explained it was her fault mistake so forth is your name I will get the money back on my card for the second charge. At this point, I needed a third card for the hold bc the card I had in hand for recharge for room for second time so it didn’t have enough money on it. I then had to go figure out a third card so I’m in the hot car with my kids waiting for someone to bring one she wouldn’t want me to check in didn’t really apologize at all. The third card is in my hands over an hour later for the $250 deposit .. The money that she mistakenly charged me it had been assured would be right back on my card never came back. I called the location explained the situation to have the man on the phone tell me I was never charged on three different cards. I have proof my credit card company double checked and I definitely was charged recharges. While talking to this guy he cuts me off says he’s sending me to his manager the call forwards No one answers I call back and I get hung up on. I do not advise staying here if you want your money or decent customer service experience. The fact I keep being hung up on is ridiculous. I will not be made out to be a liar so this hotel can continue to say I was not charged twice for the room plus the deposit I’m going to go ahead and post statements with proof of three charges none of which were returned. Terrible hotel, terrible customer service. Stay here if you want your money taken and treated like crap. From the looks of it, I’m not the only person like to charge multiple times and never return their money watch out .
Stayed here for one night after a wedding. I have a chronic illness so we arrived back at the hotel by 9pm. The fire alarm went off after 10PM. Even after quiet hours, conversations could be heard through the door in the hallway. The walls are thin enough that without the fan constantly blowing (which it can’t, because it cycles) you can hear the tv of the room next to you. My watch logged 5 hours and 45 minutes worth of sleep for a party that still had 5 hours of travel home. Staff at night was courteous, room attendants seemed friendly, but front desk staff was rather cold during check in/out and we did not appreciate the tobacco paraphernalia remaining on the counter. Pool was a plus for the stay, we used it briefly when there were no splashing littles (we didn’t want to ruin their party). Close to outlets. Hard to turn left with traffic.
Rooms were amazing, very clean and nice amenities. The front desk people were so amazing. Kyli and Nithin were very patient with us and was very helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay. I’ve stayed at a lot of places since my house is being built from AirBNB’s and other hotels. This hotel was by far the best!!!
I booked a room for the wrong date. While they couldn't do anything since I had checked in already, they were super friendly. I will be returning next Friday. The room was a great layout! Super clean looking location!
Pool was dirty. (Alot of dirty towels everywhere but wasn't busy) breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. The area was busy so if looking for a quiet place this is not it. But if looking close to outlet mall this is perfect
My s/o and I stayed at this hotel for a short day trip a few weeks ago. We had been to this hotel in the past and visited again, as we had such a pleasant experience. However, this time around was not so pleasant. A week after our visit, I discovered a $250 charge from the hotel. Perplexed, I called the hotel and the attendant told me that I was charged a smoker’s fee for smoking inside the room. This had me more perplexed because while my s/o was a smoker, he made sure to smoke in the designated smoker’s area outside beyond the lobby, making it a point NOT to smoke inside the room itself. The charge took us off guard, as it was unannounced. While one does have to sign something that says they will be charged if smoking in a room, I figured it was safe to assume they would not charge me, as again, there was no smoking in the room. I called and left a message to the manager, who hadn’t gotten back to me until I sent a message through the Hilton website. The manager sent me an email stating that she could refund half the amount but due to the smell, she could not refund the other half. Other than the alleged smell, there was no physical evidence, as there wouldn’t be, because nobody smoked in the room. I replied with a long message, explaining my logic and insisting that nobody had smoked in the room, but it seems at this point, I’ve been snubbed. I should have heeded a previous review I had read recently in which the same thing happened to a person who had gone out to their car to smoke. I feel completely scammed out of my money and this adverse experience has discouraged me from staying at a Hilton hotel in the future. Unfortunately, the company has lost my business, as the charge was completely unjustifiable. I am not one to leave a negative review, but I want to warn those who smoke or those who are always around smokers not to stay here, as they will automatically assume guilt based on a serious lack of evidence and the intention of making more money. I am disgusted and I feel like I’ve been completely duped. I also feel bad for my partner, as they had done everything in their power to make sure the attendants were aware they were going outside to smoke to avoid this ridiculous charge.
Excellent all the way around. It's no surprise why this place has been called the best pizza in New England. I just ordered a large cheese pizza which was fantastic, but I saw a sub coming out of the oven that looked amazing too. The food was just
Amazing little Country store. They will surely surprise you. They have Amazing options and the staff are solid. You cannot miss this place when you visit Winnisquam. This is a MUST. They have some of the best breakfast options in town.

Stopped at the drive through just at closing time, but we didn't realize that until after we got our order. The worker never made it known that he wanted to close or showed any irritation with us. He is super at his job.
