Hampton Inn & Suites Teaneck Glenpointe - Hotel in Teaneck - One Glenwood Ave Suite B, USA

Nice hotel in a quiet area. VIP parking. Free breakfast in the morning was decent. About 15 minutes from American Dream Mall, 25 minutes from Manhattan, and 30 minutes from Newark Airport. No restaurant on-site. We went across the street to the Marriot and ate dinner there a few times. Clean rooms. Would return.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and looked nee. The breakfast buffet was especially great. Above average food and great service from Senaida and others. She saw us filling hot water and helped us to fill it faster. We also saw someone taking initiative to help an elderly couple to clear their table. We would definitely come back.

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and drove from Georgia. With all the stress of losing a family member, the Hampton Inn was our safe haven for the week. It was comfortable and clean with an excellent staff. From the front desk to the breakfast staff, everyone was excellent!!! Special thank you to Senaida who worked tirelessly during breakfast service and always assist us with any special requests. Thanks to them we had a home away from home that week.

This hotel is really well located for us but considering the price, a lot of things were odd. When we checked in to the room there were no cups for the coffee machine and NO TOILET PAPER! Luckily there was a cart down the hall so I found some. The next day, after the room was cleaned, they took our towels but failed to provide new ones. It took a few calls but since we had evening plans, everything became rushed. Also, the sheets don't fit on the bed properly and one side pops off when we were both in the bed. The room has no drawers- not even in the night table and the plugs on my side were dead. I will never stay here again. This visit was during the holiday season and the hotel was extremely crowded- breakfast foods ran out too early. The staff try, but clearly they are not fully prepared for the number of people they had booked. |

The lady with the long black hair was very rude to me. I miss the other guys from before, they were always so kind and respectful. There’s only parking on the first two levels, and half of the first level is only for electric cars. Otherwise, you have to choose valet, or park at the hotel across the street. These are very slight changes, but impacted how I feel about this hotel in a big way. I used to feel like a queen being a diamond member and checking in. Now I feel like my status has no value.

Dimitri met me with a smile during check-in and helped me with a wifi issue. The two valet attendants were super friendly and helpful as well. Room is great. Comfortable bed l.

I am a gold member with Hilton, went to NJ to see my sick mom. I booked a night with my point's the nightly rate was 143.00, checked in around 10:30 pm and checked out the next morning at about 8:15 am. My credit card was on file for misc charges if there was any. I received my credit card statement and I had a charge of 176.29 I called to get a credit because they took 30,000 points for one night. The manager told me I will not get a credit nor will they give me back my points because I had a guest who happens to be my husband. I am very upset about the way they handled this situation. I will not be staying with Hilton if I can help it their customer service gives you the run around.

The rooms are clean and front desk staff is pleasant. Parking is a nightmare. The so-called self parking area is extremely small with tight spaces. The hotel wants you to use valet parking; however, the hotel is not set up for valet parking. Granted it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and it was busy but there is no reason to wait over an hour for your car. The normal valet wait time is 8 minutes. ||We received the same response several times from the valet manager ”we are really busy and car is on its way”. At one point, a valet showed me a picture of a car that wasn’t mine. Luckily, I was standing next to the curb when a valet ran passed me said we found your keys. The valet manager never told us the truth about the keys. Honesty shows character. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the valet manager. Kudos to valet greeter who listened with a sympathetic ear and tried to help us. Since we drive to visit family, we will not be returning to this hotel
