We were only there one night, but enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. The whirlpool tub was a nice way to end the day. Plenty of breakfast choices. All and Alll a nice stay.
Nice rooms and customer service. Has a good view out front of a pond. Also pet friendly, and a decent breakfast. We stayed here 5 weeks, with no problems.
I had to stay for 18 days while transitioning to a new job. Clean and warm, the staff helped make my temporary home comfortable. Breakfast is good. Yolanda was great.
We just checked into this hotel around 4:30 this afternoon and let me tell you.....this hotel and the staff are by some some of the friendliest staff I have ever come across in any hotel we have ever stayed at before! They didn't have the room I had originally booked so they upgraded me for free to a suite and omg the room is GORGEOUS! It is huge and so amazing. Jake at the front desk who checked me in was super sweet. Hos computer was not cooperating with him and he kept apologizing and I was like all good take your time! I was not in any hurry at all. Everyone here is so friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future and this is just our first night here!! 3 more to go!! Thank y'all for being so awesome and having the absolute best customer service around!!!
Hotel is old and dirty. I thought as a suite hotel our room would be a suite. It was a standard hotel room for $177/night right off major highway. Tons of other Hilton/Marriott hotels in this area for less $$. The rooms are old. The in room refrigerator barely works. Probably only 10 degrees colder than the room. My second choice was a Residence Inn. Sorry I didn’t choose it. I used digital check in. Upon arriving 2 employees working front desk. Less than engaging while 3 “buddies” gather in front of check in catching up. Never suggested they move to the side so I could approach. Saw another guest with their dog allowing him to do his business right outside front door in a 2’ flower garden. GPS directed us a place that was not hotel. We tried calling hotel and no one picked up. Finally had to put a nearby business listed in their description in as destination to find hotel. So underwhelmed I think I’ll take Hampton Inn off our list for now.
This is not a bad property at all. A little hard to get to and such when leaving 75, but I managed. The room was nice, clean and a good size. I found the breakfast to a bit lacking for a Hampton Inn. The pool was clean. Hallways were warm, but air seemed to be on.
We stayed there for three nights as part of our vacation . The room was clean and wide enough for us all ( a family of six). The problems started at night. At 3 a.m. the fire alarm went off, and we needed to leave the room since something burnt in the main office. All the hotel guests went outside and waited for at least an hour and a half until the Fire Department put an end to it. It never happened to us before, but we understand that things like that happen. The problem was that nothing was offered to us standing outside in the middle of the night ( not even water) until my wife suggested it. No snack was offered, not even a fruit, even though the manager came in and out of the hotel freely. By 5:30 a.m. it was all cleared, and we went back to our room. We went back to sleep, and since we did not sleep well, we woke up late. In a weird way, there was no accommodation of the breakfast hours, and if you slept late because of the fire , you lost it! |I was trying to talk to the manager, but somehow, she was always too busy to talk to me ( "Send her an email...").|When I asked for some kind of compensation for the crazy night, I was told ( at the beginning) that it was "a natural disaster"(?) and I am not entitled to any. It took me two days, and three tries to speak to the manager ( did not succeed) in order to get some kind of compensation. It should not be the case!!!|There is a lot of customer service 101 to learn in that hotel.|If you want that hotel, I hope there will be no fire!
What an awesome location, stayed 5 nights, 25 minutes or so from Tampa, a little less to Busch Gardens. Stayed here for baseball spring training for the Yankees and Tigers, Yankees were about 25 minutes away and tigers about 50 minutes. Went to a Lightning game while here also, easy trip to downtown from here minus the traffic. Housekeeping was amazing, really great. Employees were friendly, we were greeted as diamond members and provided drinks and snacks. Parking is free and there is plenty. Has a laundry area 2 washers and 2 dryers $2 per load on each machine. Bill was correct and as quoted upon checkout. Will definitely stay here again.

We had to use Cloud9 Studios last minute for our sonâs birthday shoot and had a great experience. The shooting session was great - they had great props, backdrops and lighting. Jeanine, the owner, is amazing!
