Love the smart layout of the rooms. Expansive room to place a dog pen next to the window facing the pool. My big dog loved the sun coming through the windows in the morning.|Queen sized bed and the Sofa Bed were comfortable for the three of us. |The Hampton Inn hot breakfast setup I would say is one of the best. Good Coffee, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausages. Also available are muffins, toast, cereal and yogurt. Staff was attentive throughout our stay texting me to check if everything is okay. Overall, a great experience and I definitely would stay here again 👍

We paid for one night, using Hilton Honors points, to attend a function at King’s Beach at 1;00 pm. We were arriving from Sacramento Airport at 11:15 am and had texted ahead to ask about early check in. They could not guarantee it, but when we arrived the room was ready for us. There was a mixup in the system about our room assignment but the front desk clerk, who was working alone and very busy, went out of his way to go up to the third floor to confirm that the room was ready. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The room was fine, comfortable king bed, but the upholstered furniture (chair and ottoman) were a bit shabby. Otherwise a great one night stay.

Accommodations are good. Bathtub/shower is disgustingly filthy. Jets in the bathtub/shower have pink and black mildew on all of them. The rest of the place appears clean. Lighting is incredibly dim. Other than that, it’s cute. Suite is quite spacious. Members of staff are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and coffee gets a thumbs up.

Dog friendly. I think it is a nicer building than the typical Hampton Inn. Very quiet. Average size room. Comfortable bed. I was driving through so it was a great option to get some rest for the night. A short drive to downtown Truckee where there are loads of bars, eateries, and shops.

The good. Quiet, large rooms, friendly staff. No highway noise, room was sunny. Bed comfortable, hot shower, good pressure. Hot tub is open til 10 pm.||The not so good. Coffee at breakfast was awful. Housekeeping only on request.

The community of people who work here have been great. The room is clean, the breakfast bar is nicely maintained with an unexpected variety of choices. It could use a bit of a refresh, but so could I.

This hotel was in a great location. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Had a great night’s sleep due to comfortable bed and quiet. Breakfast was nice. The outside of the hotel needs some cosmetic work. Especially considering the cost for a room. But all in all, this was a very nice hotel and I would stay here again.

It was a nice place for an overnight. Our room was clean. Location is OK. Just a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. It's in a somewhat noisy location, so we heard a lot of road noise during our stay. The pool and hot tub are outside and face the parking lot. We had a 2 queen room and the beds were not very comfortable. In addition to the uncomfortable beds the outside noise was too much for our family, so nobody really slept well. They had a nice breakfast and that's always helplful when you're on the road. Overall, it's a fine place for a 1 night stay. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
