Hampton Inn and Suites Suisun City Waterfront - Hotel in Suisun City - 2 Harbor Center, USA

My king room is huge. Nice desk, tv, fridge, microwave and a large space for the coffee bar. The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a five is because I had to leave my first room because the toilet was running. This room is nice but I guess the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and has not been replaced. This may seem petty but these little details are what makes the difference between 4 and 5. I got a bunch of emails asking me to check in online in advance but those didn’t work. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile. The toiletries are nice and are in big bottles that avoid the waste of tiny hotel bottles.

Love this location! I arrived flustered after leaving my original hotel upon arrival (struggling a/c) and needing a five-day stay. The front desk person, Justice, made me feel immediately at home and welcome! She is professional, positive, and knowledgable. The location is very nice with a pleasant area to walk around the water. My room feels new and is in great condition. And as far as staff -- Justice is an asset to this Hampton Inn! I have stayed in dozens of Hilton properties and she reflects the high Hilton standards of professionalism.

Stayed here for a week for a work trip and it’s been really nice. The breakfast in the morning is great (eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles) and the coffee/tea bar all day is really nice. The rooms are decent size but housekeeping only comes on request, which I kept forgetting to request. Parking is free which is nice and there’s free cookies every evening in the lobby. The location is good, right next to downtown suisun city with a lovely water view and nice grassy areas. Overall I recommend and would stay here again for a leisure trip.

Hotel was good for the price. Nothing fancy. A bit of carpet corners rolling up in the room. Good location by baseball sports complex nearby. Front desk woman was super accommodating and kind. Hot tub not turned on. Pool pretty cold.

Lots of great reviews but I was not impressed. Constant smell of marijuana throughout area and even from hotel rooms. Nice view of the water. Many people hanging out in nearby park. Parking lot was full of people smoking weed. I walked the water area but felt unsafe. Will not be back.

This was our second time staying at this particular Hampton. We had reserved a King room (as on our first stay) and were very pleasantly surprised the the size and amenity of the room we were booked into. |We learned at departure that the room we had is called a King Studio room - extremely nice.|Upon entry to the room there is a bar set up with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and storage cabinets. |There is also a comfortable loveseat (it is a hideaway bed I believe) that has a very handy C-shape table that slides under the loveseat to set you drinks/books or whatever on.|The room darkening shades are superior. |The sink is located outside of the room containing the toilet and tub and very well lit. |The towel arrangement is quite unusual in that the bath towels are stored outside of the shower room above the sink while the hand towels and wash cloths are hung next to the toilet. |The area is quiet so we have not experienced sleep disruptions from noise.|Breakfast is include and is a reasonable (pretty standard) array of choices. The breakfast area was being remodeled while we were there but I suspect it won't be long before that project is completed.

Everything was good! Hotel was clean staff came each day to change out towels and make the bed without requesting it. Checking out today and stayed 8 days while visiting family. We had 2 rooms but 1 room was for my sons and there room was booked for 6 days so I went to the front desk to ask if I could pay and extend there room 2 more days and the hotel was oversold on rooms so they had to stay with us and the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted to extend the time while I try to sort things out and get there things and so she charged me 2 $45.00 late departure fees which I thought you could get a late check out time as a courtesy but, I didn’t even ask she offered. When I checked out at 1:30 she actually had an attitude. I’m glad I looked at my credit card statement before we left. Julie took care of everything for me. 😊

Stayed here twice for 23 nights each time. Solid 4 stars. Staff is awesome and polite. Love the location. Walking distance to all the restaurants in Suisun City. Didn’t see any of the transient issue within the hotel. As for being here long term probably 2-3 stars. Laundry has been out of service the entire time. The treadmill doesn’t work and there’s 6 dumbbells. They have changed one of the conference rooms into a gym with new everything but doesn’t do any good for me. As for laundry, I asked about it during my first trip. The housekeeping lady said she would do my laundry for me. As did one of the front desk people. When I was ready to do laundry, I asked a front desk person and they said the Holiday Inn Express next door will let you use the laundry room.
