I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites on South McClellan in Spokane, WA. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are also so quiet and incredibly clean—something I always appreciate in a hotel. It’s clear that they take great care in maintaining the property. The staff truly made my stay special. They were warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist with anything I needed. It’s rare to find such a consistently friendly and helpful team, and they made me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the full hot self service breakfast each morning. There was a wide selection of delicious options, and it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, the combination of a clean, modern environment, exceptional staff, free parking garage and a tasty breakfast makes the Hampton Inn and Suites on South McClellan a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Spokane. I’ll definitely be returning!

This hotel is impressively clean and the staff are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and the cleaning staff spend a noticeable amount of time keeping up the facility and rooms. They do a great job. My father in law stayed here for months receiving medical treatment. He ultimately passed and a lot of the staff attended his funeral! Who does that? It was very touching to see them there. These people are fantastic. When service seems to be waning in most places, this hotel sets a new high bar.

Stayed here for a night with kids while driving through Spokane. Wasn’t expecting much more than the basics but this hotel definitely overachieved. Check in was smooth (worked in the app and even gave me a free upgrade). Hotel and room were clean and felt safe… great view of the city from the lobby. Kids enjoyed the pool area as well and the breakfast was solid and well stocked. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel recognized my Hilton status without me prompting them which isn’t always the case at the mid-range hotels. ||Overall a great stay and will not hesitate to return if/when we are back in the Spokane area.

Excellent experience staying at this location. The hotel is centrally located to everything we needed to get to during our short trip out. There's some great restaurants just up the road from it. I loved the digital key feature and the ability to do everything via the Hilton app. Hotel is clean, modern, and I loved that all of the art was of different areas of Spokane. Breakfast area was also super clean and well attended, all the staff encounters were great, and we didn't have a single issue or complaint about our room. It is very close to two hospitals, and we didn't hear any noise at all in connection to the hospital. Overall, would stay again and would definitely recommend.

Great experience! Great value! Great location! Exceptional service! Very clean room and bathroom! Great breakfast! I have always stayed at Hampton and am always satisfied. I mistakenly stayed at a Best Western Plus a few days earlier and was so disappointed. I won’t ever make that mistake again. Thanks to Sebastian for the exceptional customer service.

The room was great, newly remodeled. Breakfast was good. The bad is that it is next to the hospital. All night motorcycles and loud cars, echoing between the two buildings. 1am and 3am, helicopter came and it was loud. I didn't sleep much.

Cordial and helpful staff, comfortable bedding and beds, quiet (0 traffic noise), convenient to both downtown and neighborhoods, good breakfast in a spacious, high- ceilinged light bright breakfast area, and everywhere spotlessly clean. I know you can do contactless check-in, but I wouldn't deprive myself of interaction with such pleasant and helpful staff members.

I’ve stayed at this location twice on separate occasions. It’s modern and well kept. The staff are very friendly. Hopefully, you’re fortunate to receive a room with a city view of Spokane! To add, I am a Diamond member and have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels. I will say this is the best Hampton I’ve stayed at.
