Hampton Inn & Suites Southern Pines-Pinehurst - Hotel in Aberdeen - 200 Columbus Dr, USA

Stayed here June 2024. Brother had surgery at Reid Heart Center. First I had spoken to Bree several times prior to my arrival, and she was the same each time, extremely kind and always accommodating. Upon my arrival Bree was working as she told me she would be. She was great in every aspect. Made me feel very welcome and also allowed me to check in early as my brother's surgery was scheduled for noon. I could tell Bree loved her job and loved being helpful. Also while unloading my car, a lady (unfortunately did not get her name) from dining was leaving and made it a point to "Welcome Me" to Hampton Inn. My room was very clean as was the bathroom. Even though I am not a big breakfast eater, it looked delicious. The coffee and fruit was perfect. The location was perfect for getting to and from Reid Heart Center. Thank you Bree and Hampton Inn.

I’ve stay here a lot this year for work. My room is always clean, but the best part of this hotel is the ladies at the front deck. They could not be nicer. Some of the friendliest and kindest woman I’ve ever ran into at any business.

We are Diamond members and this has to be one the very best Hampton Inn properties that we ever stayed in. The hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness, the little extras for breakfast and the over-all atmosphere were great. A shoutout to the front desk staff and Elsie in the breakfast cafe- 100 score by the State of NC for restaurants. Way to go!!

Elevator smells since Hampton inn has unfortunately become a pet hotel. The room smelled too even though it was supposed to be a room that doesn't allow pets. Hotels are for people not animals. Everything else was good.

The whirlpool room is spectacular! Not to mention the best breakfast I can remember ever having during a hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff is great. Will absolutely stay again! ❤️❤️❤️

Went here for a meeting. Was pleasantly surprised by the mining history display. And it from back home. Would definitely recommend a stay. Staff was great. Bathrooms and lobby well maintained. Even realized I had been in the slab fork superintendents house now on display as part of the Beckley expedition mines. When we donated some of my grandfather's equipment to them.

I stayed here to attend my last paternal uncle’s funeral. The stay was very comfortable. There were two employees that made my visit under the circumstances more pleasurable. Ashlen & Fidelity (front desk), were professional and caring. Once they learned of my trip there, they offered condolences and would text me to see how I was doing. They were great. The area is very nice with eateries and stores nearby.

Could not have been more pleased! Brought the grandkids for a night out of pizza and swimming. Dad is deployed until June. The hotel greeted us with warm cookies. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was full of amazing choices for everyone. Will definitely go back.
