Fantastic Hotel, it was clean, staff friendly, laid back feel. Breakfast was good quality too. Great base to travel and explore the lake, we went in summer and walked to the main hub of restaurants in South Lake Tahoe. Lovely hot drinks are available at any time. Laundrette on site was a life saver. The pool was clean and a good-sized, lovely seating area around the jacuzzi, too. The rooms were spacious, comfy beds, there was a fridge a microwave, grest for if we wanted a quiet night in. Overall, I am so happy with our choice and the staff made even more pleasant.
Hubby & I stayed here for 5 nites using our Hilton Diamond member points, Thurs.-Mon. Very nice, exceptionally clean and new (i.e. no weird crumbling wall seams or peeling paper, rug bubbles in hallway, etc.).|Nice & quiet, everything worked re: a/c, microwave, etc. Breakfast was well executed (I'm a large-scale event planner, thus, I'm a TOUGH critic). Hotel staff was pleasant, no issues w/check-in/out. We did hot tub, and also brought our own food to enjoy in both the courtyard & dining rm, chilled on sofa by fireplace wall, too. Felt like our own place, lol. Truly, nice relaxed vibe (welcome to Tahoe!). Comments: some typical guest bad behavior re: kids running around pool, overcrowding hot tub...I'm flexible...but, I wish my kids EVER pulled that nonsense! Lol, it's parents though...|We highly recommend staying here. Convenient to restaurants, activities, too.
I did not check in, but my wife said that the lady was kind of rude when she checked in. When we asked for some bottled water the next day, a younger lady asked if we got any when we checked in, but we didn't.
The hotel is in a decent place, but I wouldn't say that there are any good views from the hotel. The morning breakfast was alright & had a good assortment of foods.
I would not recommend this hotel, spare yourself some disappointment & spend a few more $$ somewhere else.
This hotel is new and clean, $15 per day for parking but with free EV charging, which is free parking for us and so convenient. There are 4 chargers in the font and 6 chargers (including 4 Tesla chargers) in the back. Breakfast is good, it is a plus for family with kids.
There is also a laundry room, this year, there are lots of pollen outside, our clothes got dirty quickly, so it is nice to do our laundry in the hotel. $3/load, wash or dry.
Hot water and hot coffee all day.
I recommend this place.
Good experience overall. Good staff, were able to give us promptly a crib for our baby.
Giving 3 starts because two things: As for its costs their breakfast option were subpar and the covered swimming pool was freezing.
This a new clean motel with an extra $15 charge to park in the lot. Our room had two beds, but only one chair, and one night stand. The beds were so high off the floor that my wife had a hard time getting in. She could have used a stool. The towels were rough, and the shower head was so high that I couldn't reach to adjust it. The breakfast items were not kept in stock.
Went there for one night stay. Have been a Hilton and particularly Hampton Brand customer for a long time but have never experienced such a rude and unaccommodating reception (specially when you are paying close to $600 for one night), that manager had to intervene and the reason was a request to just extend the checkout by an hr.( which is always not a problem and easy) but the front desk lady made it such a big deal that spoiled the whole day mode
This is a nice property, located in the middle of everything so you can walk to many of the restaurants, and the lake,||I'm giving it 3 stars due to the following two reasons:||1. Front desk staff not very welcoming...most hotels I stay at you get a "have a good day" when leaving and a "welcome back" when you come back...or at least a smile. And acknowledgement that I exist. From these two girls: Nothing. Heads down every time. They need to be retrained altho I'm not sure you can train "nice". You are who you are.||2. The walls are paper thin. The footsteps and banging we heard, especially from the room above us, was ridiculous. It was also constant.||Also the shower were really weak. There is nothing like a strong hot shower to end or start your day.||Again, a decent hotel but I would not choose to return.

The hotel is new and beautiful. The rooms were extremely clean and well stocked, even the kitchen had everything we could potentially want! The bed was super comfortable, the heated floors in the bathroom were great.

Great experience. The hotel is well located near restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, and beaches/trails. The rooms were well remodeled and quiet. Check in was very modernized and easy, and the staff reached out the night before (and the day of) to m
We stayed in the Rubicon Room and it was lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was wonderful and we absolutely loved the lodge, the roaring fireplace, the big beams, and the gorgeous courtyard. Well worth it!
The place is really nice, the water is crystal clear but very cold. It's worth it to pay the $5.00 fee to see this beautiful place. In the middle of it there's an old house, scary but beautiful.
The Mt. Tallac trail is an amazing trail to hike in Lake Tahoe. It isn't easy, about 4.5 miles from the trail head to the summit with about 3,300 feet of elevation gain. The second half of the trail is mostly all rock and is very steep in parts. The
Went with my daughter and husband and came from the heavenly line since the wait at the resort was 2 hours! They helped us right away and we were able to get all the equipment we needed in a reasonable time frame. The staff are super friendly and acc
Beautiful hike to Eagle Lake that took about 30 min after the bridge. This time of year there was snow and ice on the trail that made it slippery but was worth the quick trip up and back.
Took this trail to go to Cascade Falls. It's flat for the first 5 mins or so and then becomes rocky and risky at the corners.
There is some construction work going on in the area so they have put up temporary boards marking the trail. Good job!
