An excellent hotel in Silverthorne with great service and clean, comfortable rooms. Just off I-70 this Hampton is situated within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and ski rental stores. Rooms are clean and well furnished for both travelers and those enjoying an extended stay in the mountains. Ski valet is available. Breakfast is good for adults and kids. Pool facilities are small but enjoyable. Hot tub is available as well. The front desk is efficiently run by friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of luggage carts are available. Ample parking as well.

Came into town late two nights in a row, was happy to learn they had rooms available. John at the front desk room excellent care of us and gave us amazing customer service and even recommended some amazing local food. Very glad we happened to walk into the hotel for a great stay. Thanks guy!

Convenient location, close to some good local options and right off the highway. Quiet despite being on the fuller side. Thought parking was lacking until I found the bigger lot in back. I usually take the stairs if I’m on the 2nd floor but the stairs seemed closed, which I think is only a bummer for me and no one else. Friendly staff, and appreciated the cleanliness of the breakfast area even towards the end of service.

There’s a valid reason for all the one star reviews: abysmal management. Becci Hyde, general manager at this property, was shockingly rude and unpleasant. There’s a complete lack of customer service etiquette here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

If you want hotel with rude and argumentative staff this is your location. I highly recommend against staying at this location. Don't be fooled by the fire in the lobby, this place is inept to render any good service. Walls are paper thin, beds are like sleeping on rocks, and again, the staff wouldn't know what customer service is if it slapped them in the face.

A fairly typical Hampton. Okay breakfast. Typical exercise room. Good location. My biggest complaint is an automatic $10 parking fee. If it’s automatic then it should be on the advertised price. The Hilton brand has gone down hill with Covid. I’m thinking of switching brand loyalty

We had to leave Hotel Frisco. Old, stale, dirty. Check out my review. Hampton Inn is a welcome find! Front desk is great. Rooms are clean and cool (we got 2). Stay here. NOT HOTEL FRISCO!

We recently stayed here for one night during a two-week-long road trip from our home in southeastern PA out to visit Utah’s national parks. As Hilton Honors Diamond members, we are very familiar with Hamptons and have come to rely upon the amenities and features of the brand. This particular hotel met our expectations and served our needs well. ||The location, right off of I-70, was convenient, even if not terribly scenic due to construction in the area. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable (except that our A/C would not come on at all overnight). We had a mini-fridge but no microwave. Our bed linens were nice, and our bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries (wall-mounted pump bottles). (We do miss having a towel bar at the sink to hang up our hand towels—a common oversight at Hamptons.) Our shower fixture was not working correctly (and was hopefully repaired after we reported it at check-out). Our bathroom had a sliding door, which we generally do not like, but at least this one slid easily and quietly. We were pleased with the hotel’s complimentary breakfast, which offered the usual options. At check-in, we were told there was a $10/night parking charge; since this was a new practice since we booked our room, we requested it be waived, and it was, happily (we had never been charged for parking at a Hampton before this). All in all, we had a good stay here.
