Hampton Inn & Suites Shreveport/Bossier City at Airline Drive - Hotel in Bossier City - 2691 Viking Dr, USA

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in a long time. As somebody who travels frequently for work & pleasure and tries to stick with Hilton brand this says a lot. Every part of the hotel was spotless and smelled so clean! I never saw one employee cleaning yet there was no mess and everything smelled freshly cleaned, the elevator smelled like pledge. The bedding smelled fresh when the covers moved. The breakfast area was spotless and well maintained. Floors were hardwood tile & shiny! I was blown away not even The “top of the line” Hiltons I visit are this clean and sparkling!

We spent just one night here on our cross country road-trip. The location is perfect, right off the highway with lots of retail and food options around. The room was clean, a little dated but in good shape. The AC worked beautifully, in fact it was almost too cold if that is even possible! We had a room on the corner on the highway but on the top floor, and we didn’t hear anything. If I had a complaint, it would be the water pressure, it could be a little stronger in the shower. I would definitely stay again.

Oct 2023, my first stay here. Overall a good hotel, clean, convenient, good service. Downgraded for water pressure. Do not stay on the fourth floor, there is no in-house boost to the water pressure so it is just city pressure, to the top floor. Not enough water to take a shower or wash your hair. Fill a cup and rinse your head. The second thing is having to put down a damage deposit in case you break something. I cannot recall ever having to do this at a hotel before. Kind of insulting.

Great location, easy access and ample parking. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The breakfast buffet is Hampton Inn standard and the lady attendant is charming and friendly. The rest of the staff are friendly too. Enjoy! 😊😊

Kim was prompt & asked all the right questions the hospitality business should be asking. Kim could teach a course she that good, & pleasant. Ms. Faye has the best breakfast & coffee in the mornings here. 5 Stars.

Filthy bathrooms. Expensive rates. Staff is friendly, hotel cheaps out on amenities, only 1 regular coffee for a king suite room. Don't stay here.

The room was very clean. Sufficient towels always stocked. Actually size lotion,hand soap,shampoo and conditioner but conditioner needed replenished. Not a problem had my own. Definitely used the lotion, pleasant scent. We were booked on two different floors accommodated us and put us in joint rooms. Felt very safe as every door going out you needed your room key except the main entrance. Morning breakfast was warm and plenty. Had waffle maker with the option of either vanilla or chocolate batter ready. The staff were so pleasant and friendly. Our stay was wonderful ❤️

My family stayed for the weekend. Ashton at the front desk was super kind and made check in smooth and easy. The hotel was clean, I slept great. The continental breakfast was awesome! I loved that there were so many choices, even sugar free options. There were toppings for the waffles and the milk came In cartoons instead of poured from a jug. 😊Ms. Faye, the breakfast attendant , was hands down absolutely amazing.💖 She kept the food hot and fresh and was actively engaging with the guest. Jaymond and the ladies from the 4th floor housekeeping were great as well! The hotel was in a great location. Definitely will stay again when in the area.
