Avoid at all costs! Dirty room and horrible customer service! Booked a single king room (which was more $ than a double queen). Was told all they had was a double queen, and I had to take it. Ok, I'll survive. Asked if I would get a discount, since I was being given a cheaper room. "Nope, same price." Asked how that worked since it was cheaper to book a double queen? Nope, just gonna be the same price. Got to the room, and there were 2 different kinds of dog hair all over the pillow cases, comforters and sheets! Went down to ask if they even change their bedding, and asked for a new room. I was told that they could just give me clean sheets and blankets to change. Asked if someone could come change them, and told there was no housekeeping and I could take them myself. I am not even kidding you!! Outdated, beat up furniture, leftover sticky residue from something that has hung on bathroom mirror and shower walls. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in days. Told William I was leaving, and went upstairs to get my things. When I got down to cancel, he seemed shocked and asked if we were really leaving! Worst experience at a Hampton ever! Then, to top it off, I get an email that I will charged for cancelling outside of their cancellation policy. I was charged $231! I'll definitely be speaking with corporate. Called the hotel and supposedly got refunded, but of course it can take 5 days. Very upset with the entire situation.

BEWARE— this location is a huge target for car break ins. I had no idea until I walked out to my car to find the window busted out along with more then a dozen other vehicles. When the cop came out to take all the reports we were all informed this is an every other night thing as this hotel. They have no cameras in the parking lot!! Despite being well aware of the problem the hotel has failed to take adequate prevention measures and continues to fail to ensure that guests are well aware of the true risks of their hotel parking lot. Total negligence on the hotels part which is leaving many guests in a predicament.

Our experience wasn't bad. Our key cards didn't work twice. I'm not sure what the issue was there. Breakfast was good. I think the breakfast was the best part. Towards the end, there was an employee who seemed annoyed that someone was there at 8:58, still when it closes at 9. When we first arrived to our floor, the area smelled like cheap weed. Luckily, the room didn't smell. A little weird, the beds were dipped in the middle. Like someone has laid there for the longest time.

Awful experience. This place is absolutely disgusting. The air conditioner was literally in pieces and didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. Carpet in room was torn. Furniture in room was missing pieces and falling apart. The bed was a mattress on the floor. I complained and the management said they couldn't do anything. It's a great location but I won't ever stay there again.

This hotel was a nightmare! We had a great experience here a few months ago, but this time it was awful. The room was dirty (mold in the shower), and I even got bitten by something in my sleep, and that wasn't even the worst part of our stay. Someone smashed our car window and stole everything they could, including my son's boots and perscription glasses. The front desk staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we asked about security cameras. I would absolutely avoid this hotel at all costs! The officer said 2-4 calls a day!

This was the most awful hotel I have ever stayed at. They shocked the pool without posting it anywhere or locking the door, several people were exposed to harmful chemicals because of their negligence including my family. Then several car break-ins in the parking lot. People smoking right next to the front door the entire time. No duvet cover on the beds. Our door had been broken into at some point. Awful staff, not apologetic at all about anything! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here. I have been a diamond Hilton memebers for over 7 years and this is by far the worse run hotel I have ever stayed at. ||First, they have people park in the fire lane of the hotel to keep cars safe from break ins. A man who was screening at the desk clerk when I arrived had his car broken into 2 in the last month. But it is not safe to park cars in the fire lane. They need to pay a security guard to guard the parking lot.$||My AC was broken for 4 days and each day I asked to have it fixed and they never fixed it. I found out later they did not have in house maintenance. They keep telling me that it worked fine and that it was motion activated. It was not!! It was broken!!!||If you stay on the side of the hotel which faces I5, the traffic noise is overwhelming.||I was to stay at this location for another week but I left and stayed in the Hampton in Puyallup. It was safe, clean and my AC worked.

My update review on this hotel. I have Reserved to stay here for 2 weeks In my week and a 1/2 of staying here, I have discovered the maids that come in steal from you watch out. I had stuff in the refrigerator they took it and cleaned it out. I talk to the front desk and their attitude was. Oh well, call the manager in the morning. This is unacceptable. Because I Company I work for is. paying big money for me to stay here If you stay here, don't ask a room service they take things that don't belong to them.!!!!!!!!!! Only good It's your typical hotel located in a area with restaurants in stores. Other than that, it's a basic place. The towel rack behind the bathroom door to hold the towel falls down. It's broke. The shower soap bottle fell off the wall. I asked the attendant named Wil at the desk." he said sometimes it works. Sometimes, it doesn't. That's bad. You pay all this money to stay at a place like this. And the back door to enter with your card is broken. You have to walk all the way back around to the front. And then come back to the door to your vehicle to get your stuff. With the door held open with a rock. In the drinking fountain in the Pool/hot tub, there you go is rusted.
