This was the best vacation I’ve had in a while!! The Rooms are Extremely clean, the bathrooms are clean as well. There was amazing service. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful towards me and my family, and provided everything that we needed. And the breakfast was great as well. I don’t really have any flaws I could say about this Location. I definitely recommend going here I will be coming back!!!

Nice place to stop on our way to Tampa. The room and bathroom were clean. Front Desk folks are always very helpful. I texted them through the Hilton apps to ask for extra accessories, and they were in my room when I got there. Breakfast offerings were typical for Hampton Inns; the scrabble eggs were perfectly cooked, moist and not mushy.

Positive: the hot tub and pool inside. breakfast was great. Negative: the 75 fee for my dog. that is almost a 100 dollars fee for traveling with our pet. for a lot of people that is another member of the family however you dont feed he didn't shower or use a towel. and did not even sleep on a bed. yet I had to pay 75???

Tameka was awesome! Customer Service like hers makes me want to stay here again. I travel to this areas a few times a month and I will try here again. Breakfast was good. Just what you expect. Only concern I had with room was that my bath towels did not smell clean. Actually smelled sour like they were left wet for to long than dried.

This is an older hotel that needs updating. It was not clean and smelled musty. I literally bought fabreeze the next day to deal with sleeping in the room. One out of the two elevators didn't work and the one that did took forever. I used the stairs. Also the elevators have no air ventilation. It was disappointing because the last few Hampton Inns I have stayed at recently have been immaculate. They were late getting the room ready and the employees behaved as if they didn't want to be there. I will not be staying here again.

We just checked out, and this was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the last 10 years. Well situated off the interstate, but no traffic noise. There was no smell of dampness, which I've found in so many hotels in the region. Our king studio suite was spacious, well appointed, the bed was perfectly not hard and not too soft, pillows were the same. The shower had plenty of hot water and the water pressure felt like a good strong massage. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was decent and the coffee was definitely the best hotel coffee I've had. Plenty of luggage carts, and even the elevator announcements had a slight southern drawl. We have found our hotel of choice for the Savannah area.

Hotel was just okay. It's obvious this is a heavily used hotel for travelers.Cleanliness could have been alot better, especially floors in the rooms. Showers are in need of a remodel. Breakfast selection was good. But the attendant said they were out of milk until the next day. So there's no milk for cereal? And there's no nearby grocery store to have milk for guests?

The room was clean. The problem is the service from the night auditor to the GM was not the best. Even hilton direct customer service wasn't helpful. We booked our room to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. They put us in a room with 2 queen beds. I was expecting a pull out sofa, but it didn't have one. I figured I just needed to call for a roll away, but that's when the problems began. We didn't check in until 11:30 at night. The staff told me they couldn't leave the desk to get a roll away, but I could come get some linens. I explained to her that wasn't going to help my 16 year old son who didn't have anywhere to sleep. I wasn't going to make him sleep on the floor. She couldn't help. I called hilton and they could only offer me a discount. I told them I didn't care about the discount just the fact that they booked is into a room knowing we had 5 people that could only sleep 4. The front desk called me and told me due to safety risks this room wouldn't be safe for a roll away, but they could give me a discount. Once again not helpful. She then said they could sell me an additional room for the same price I paid for this one. I did say I wasn't going to pay more for their mistake. I asked for a full refund so I could go to another hotel, but they wouldn't do that either. Now you'll see in the pictures there is more than enough room for a roll away. After about 45 minutes they finally agreed to bring me a roll away, but I would be responsible because it wasn't safe. Just be aware if you book this for 5 people.
