Hampton Inn and Suites Savannah-Airport - Hotel in Savannah - 70 Stephen S Green Dr, USA

I don’t know when this hotel was built, but it still felt nice and new. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Although it’s near the airport, aircraft noise wasn’t a problem.||The staff were good and breakfast was better than average. The walk-in price we paid of ~$160 altogether wasn’t bad.||We will probably stay at the Hampton again as it’s on our regular route to Florida.

Wendy & Ted were very welcoming 🤩. Our room was clean, quite and spacious 😴. The breakfast was great and the coffee was freshly brewed. The staff were very friendly. Wendy suggested some good advices for our next time around so that our special needs be even more fulfilled. Thank you Wendy & Ted,

We randomly chose this hotel for a stop over on a drive south. I called about half an hour before we got there to check for availability. The gentleman on the phone was wonderful and he also checked us in, offering us water. We had a substantial breakfast that was well stocked. When my husband tried to iron his suit we noticed the iron was broken. I took it to the front desk, where the 3 people behind the desk declared it broken. The woman behind the front desk said housekeeping would bring us a new one. I asked if it could be soon as we were headed to a wedding. Twenty minutes later, no iron. I got a cart and told the front desk that the iron didn't come. She said they were probably still getting it. I said we had to leave and would wear wrinkly clothes and she said okay. She was neither friendly nor helpful. So a great experience at night and not as much in the morning.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Very clean, friendly staff, great free breakfast. The beds are comfy as always. The only complaint was the noise coming from the window. They were super thin. But overall very pleased and will stay again when traveling.

The room was extremely clean and everything worked. It is off the highway but it can be a little tough getting there depending on what time of day you show up. It has a waffle House down the street in case you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel. It has a few other restaurants down the street and a couple of gas stations as well.

I’m highly disappointed in our most recent stay here 11/25/23-11/26/23. We arrived to our room to find hair in the shower and the toilet evidently NOT cleaned. I went to the lobby and asked the receptionist for a different room. They thankfully granted our request and we were placed in another room BUT our second room was only slightly better. The room smelled of mildew, hair in the shower and you can tell certain areas of the room are not being cleaned. We were just here the previous week traveling and our room was immaculate… this time, a huge disappointment. This is our go to spot for traveling but next time we will be looking elsewhere.

The hotel appears to be recently updated. The location is right off I-95, but the noise was not an issue. I would request rooms on the backside of the hotel. It faces out on a small pond. The breakfast was well stocked with your typical Hampton Inn items. The front desk staff were very pleasant.

We were scheduled to stay here and a winter storm interfered. We knew it would’ve been unsafe to continue our trip. I was concerned that we would have to pay anyway, since we canceled the morning of our reservation. However, the staff were most gracious about canceling our reservation. I really appreciate that, and hope to stay here on a future trip.
