Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs Downtown - Hotel in Saratoga Springs - 25 Lake Ave, USA

I've have over 200 stays in Hilton properties and this is my favorite one. We hadn't stayed her since before covid but the crew was still great. The front desk folks (Meghan, Sophia (?)) were very welcoming and gave us comp tickets to the track once they found out we were going. I love that you can get the DRF at the front desk. Rooms have been redone during covid and were pretty nice. Breakfast is better than usual for a Hampton. They have added a bar (friendly bartender...Mike, I think) by the breakfast area which was a nice place for us track folks to chat. It's a rather unique Hampton property in terms of design and architecture. The pool was always nice but it had just been recently refreshed.

One of the nicest looking Hampton Inns, as far as the public areas, I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many over the last forty plus years. A great location as far as being within walking distance to everything downtown. The hotel parking garage has nicely sized aisles and parking spaces. Staff was friendly and helpful. Second floor balcony room was subject to a lot of street noise, and we experienced emergency vehicle sirens a couple of times late at night / early in the morning. |The breakfast area is spacious, attractive, and well-bussed. Food is average. Strangely for upstate NY, they had hot, cooked grits but only packaged instant oatmeal. |We only stayed the one night using my Hilton Honors points, so we didn't use the gym or the nice looking indoor pool. The room was clean, spacious and well furnished. Nice bathroom too. My only complaint about the room is that there were no Kleenex. If we were to stay here again, we would request a room not facing the busy street.

We stopped in Saratoga for one night and were greeted so kindly by Andrea. She offered my girls yummy cookies and apples at check in —my girls said it was the “best day ever”. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We tried to swim in the evening but the pool was a tad on the cold side. Luis and Sydney gave us lots of helpful recommendations for the race course and local restaurants. The included breakfast was great for the kids, they loved the waffles. We plan to return to Saratoga again and will definitely return to the Hampton Inn.

The hotel itself is nice. Clean and spacious. Parking is next door for 15 usd (There might be free parking in the area). A pool (with fresh water) is nice. Location is great as you can almost walk everywhere. Many restaurants shops and bars nearby. Breakfast is everyday the same and really American. Checkin was not so great. There was an issue with the booking (via a third party) and the senior lady did not want to assist and advised us to contact the third party). We had proof of the booked rooms, payments and even confirmation but she did not want to assist. The younger lady however was more friendly and even tried to contact the third party. In the end the reservation was in their system and the senior lady got more friendlier however we expect a bit more service from your front staff.

A wonderful experience! Great location, friendly staff, super clean, and huge rooms. The breakfast area was nice as was the workout room. This was such a beautiful town and the hotel is within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay this past weekend. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, they made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious - not your typical cold cereal mix up. One of the nicest Hampton Inn's I have stayed at! Always something happening in Saratoga Downtown. Very centrally located. Olde Bryan Inn just a short walk away. Thank you so much!

Good location, nice staff, quiet rooms. Two entire stars off because of the incredible amount of waste they generate using single use plastics everywhere. I was disgusted to see breakfast in the dining room uses disposable cups and plates and plastic utensils which are themselves wrapped in extra plastic. My husband and I had a small meal and still unavoidably produced more plastic waste than we normally do in several days. It’s unconscionable to me that a hotel would be so wasteful and environmentally harmful in this day and age.

We just came back from a wedding where most guests stayed at Hampton Inn and suites. Can’t say enough how this place is top notch. Clean, comfy and excellent service! A huge shout out to Amy that went over and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable.
