We needed a quick overnight stay. Nice, comfortable stay. Clean hotel. Friendliest staff I have ever met. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we experienced the best customer service. Would highly recommend staying here.

The manager has a heart of gold and the staff are amazing! We had stayed 5 days and were taken well care of. Going above and beyond is one thing but the staff knew our situation and why we were there for our loved one and made our stay stress free. These ladies are incredible and I appreciate the hospitality given to us! I highly recommend you to stay at this location. They even sell local honey!!!

After driving for 12 hours in bad traffic we got to the hotel very tired. There was a couple in front of me and they had a room for 2 nights and only had the reservations for 1 night. That took at least 15 mins. New employee finally got ahold of her mgr and got it figured out. Everything was OK. The bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pillows where horrible and flat. Just grabbed a banana for breakfast and coffee so didn’t see the Breakfast buffet. The room didn’t have a coffee bag holder so it was not useable. I could have gotten one at the front desk but they had a nice buffet set up with everything we needed. ||We had dogs and the property was very well kept. Grass was nice, we had our own bags and the trash bends where not full. That is really an issue with some hotels. We walked dogs at 10:00pm and felt very safe, never an issue and over all a very nice experience.

Positive: The front desk staff was very friendly. Negative: Our room looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. It was dusty. There were crumbs and dirt on the floor. The bed pillows and blankets looked like they had been thrown back on the bed. It simply didnt seem clean. This hotel is run down.

Quiet and clean hotel. Perfect location off of the I-65 interstate with several eating/ shopping options within 5 minutes. Easy to get to area, low traffic flow. Most importantly, the best customer service EVER! From the general manager to the housekeeping 10 out of 10. Ms. Fleetwood and Ms. Smith made my stay wonderful! I will surely stay again this month. I highly recommend staying here if you live in the Mobile and surrounding area too.

We booked a room and noticed that the floors weren’t vacuumed, the tiled floors had grime and what looked to be blood, and the shower had black mold. We complained to Breanna at the front desk who was very nice and understanding. She upgraded us to a different room and the floors in the new room were extremely sticky. Something like juice or fruit was spilled on the floor and no one cleaned it up. We took the keys back to the front desk and said that we were going elsewhere. Clean rooms are important to me and this was not acceptable.

We were in town for a wedding. And when we arrived at the hotel, we were a little apprehensive about our stay. Apparently, there were a few teams staying there as well, and we were worried there would be noise. Thank goodness, we had nothing to worry about. The halls were quiet, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and fresh. And we were even able to purchase some local honey for an amazing price. Overall great stay.
