Hampton Inn & Suites Rohnert Park - Sonoma County - Hotel in Rohnert Park - 6248 Redwood Dr, USA

I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who don’t know how to use technology that well. We stayed here for 10 days for Thanksgiving. This was our second time staying here. I can’t praise this hotel enough. Everything was truly fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. I left my wallet in the room and they found it for me and kept it safe everything still inside. Truly great people and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This was a quick overnight stop on the way up north. very easy to get to, nice area. The front desk service from Minette was outstanding and she gave us a top floor room that was quiet as requested, even gave us bottled water and cookies. Room was clean and comfortable, nicely appointed. Breakfast downstairs was great, there were even two attendants to help everyone. Hot food, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, bagels etc anything you would want with a comfortable eating area. Ice machine out back to fill our cooler before taking off. overall very pleased.

I wish i would have had a better experience. This has nothing to do with the employees, they are very nice. I paid more for the room instead of the cheaper hotel on the other side of the fence. It looks very nice and the rooms are inside the hotel with an elevator which i like. My problems were: I should have asked for a room on the top floor. Anything else is NOISY! There were quite a few construction crews there so Im sure that was the issue with that. I didn't sleep for but a few hours. I went to breakfast at 615 am and the breakfast room was full of the construction workers. I was looking for eggs and bacon for some protein to wake me up. The eggs were gone already. I checked the tray for the bacon....it was fried hot dogs sliced up. I tried a couple of pieces, threw the rest away and went to Sharis. Bottom line is I could have saved 50 dollars by staying at the hotel over the fence. No breakfast, loud rooms. Im disappointed...

Everything good you would expect from a good hotel. The room was clean and very nice. Staff was really friendly at check in and check out. The breakfast was great too, with waffles, bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, etc. There is also small pool which is great for kids. There is a fitness center too. Everything you'd expect from a good hotel.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The staff I met, Minette and Rian, were very friendly and welcoming. Dining options were within a walkable distance. I'd strongly recommend this location if you have business in the area.

I’m on my 4 day of 5 here at the Hampton Inn and Suites. It’s been a good experience overall. I chose this area because it was cheaper but reviewed well. The only negatives are the beds aren’t the most comfy, seem thin, the walls seem to be thinner than some hotels I’ve been in lately, and the area isn’t the most beautiful. The basics are here though, great happy staff, complementary coffee 24/7, safe, close to many places and a great base spot to visit this area.

We stayed two nights in two different rooms.....the first room was on the ground floor. There was no hair dryer in the room so I could not wash my hair. Also,... The pillow seriously needed washing .... Half way through the night I had to switch to the other one. .... the beds are high to climb into .... The second night we were on the second floor. Again a nice room . The couch didn't have a pillow ... I used it in the previous room. The maids are very nice and front desk people outstanding.

The filter in the wall ac/heat unit clearly needed to be changed. The room smelled like a combination of dirty feet and mold. The aroma made me gag each time entering the room. The breakfast was decent, and the pool was subpar, yet the stench of the room was unbearable.
