Such a great experience here! We needed a hotel room for our family on a long road trip and found this little gem. I almost booked at 2 other hotels in the area, but then read the reviews and customers found bed bugs so we kept looking. This place is SO clean!! Either this is a newer hotel or maintained perfectly. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, immaculate, and great customer service. Evan at the front desk was super nice and inviting as was the girl in the morning (can't remember her name at the moment). Definitely reccomend!
I am usually very hesitant to give a 5 star rating, even for those hotels that are really good. However, this was a 5 Star experience in the desert! This hotel was the perfect stop between national parks. Evan was fabulous at check in and was so kind! He even had cookies made for us! The room was immaculately clean and so was the entire property! Our room was large, and the bed was so comfy! Breakfast was great, and we felt safe! If we are ever back through this way again we will for sure be stopping here! This property was extremely well managed!
Perfect hotel. Such a nice refuge out in the middle of nowhere. Clean rooms , great staff and good breakfast. We stayed here the night before our day at Death Valley park. The park was a let down but the Hampton Inn Ridgecrest was great. Walk to Taco Bell. I love hotel biscuit and gravy and they delivered.
Hotel is very clean, very spacious, with very warm reception staff, and such a complete breakfast. It has been recently modernized, and the value for money is excellent. I would recommend it if you need to stop in your trip to Death Valley.
Great experience at this Hampton Inn, especially when it comes to service. I had to be in Ridgecrest for work, so I needed to stay the night. I arrived at Ridgecrest around noon (well before my scheduled check-in time of 3pm) and needed to use the restroom, so I figured I'd use the restroom in the lobby of the hotel. On my way by the front desk, I asked where the restroom was and felt I should explain that I had a room in the hotel that night but hadn't checked in yet, as I was too early (didn't want them thinking I was just some random using their restroom - LOL). On my way back out through the lobby after using the restroom, they offered to go ahead and check me into one of the other available rooms while I was there. How kind! Now I can drop my stuff off before going to work, which was very nice. Overall, the room I stayed in (not sure what type, because of the nature of my check-in as described above, but it was room 339) was nice and clean, very spacious for a hotel room.
From check-in to check-out, we were delighted! Upon arrival, we were greeted with homemade cookies! What a way to feel welcomed after a long day of travel! The room was immaculate! It couldn't be cleaner. It was so spacious, with especially high ceilings, and the decorations were simple and lovely. The king sized bed was as comfortable as can be. The shower water was hot and the pressure was great. Wifi was excellent. ||As for the breakfast, the buffet had many options. We had a combination of eggs, french toast and oatmeal. (Fruits, pastries, waffles and yogurts too were all available.) The coffee was great. ||As were were leaving, "to-go bags" were offered, including bagels, fruit and water. How kind is that? Amazing! The location was great, and the pricing was right where it should be. If traveling through this region again, I would not hesitate to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, Ridgecrest! Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get checkout later than 1PM, not even 15 minutes, even though I am a Diamond member. As a result, I didn’t get a shower that day, because who needs one of those after changing a tire on an RV in the desert? Almost had issues checking in late the night before because their computers were “down”, only reason I was able to check in is because I have the app and was able to use that. I would have been SOL otherwise.
We stayed here travelling between Channel Islands NP and Death Valley NP. It is great place to stay for visiting Death Valley as it is a short drive through the Panamint Valley to the park and the valley was in amazing Spring bloom. The drive from the hotel to DVNP was unbelievably beautiful.||As for the hotel it is a nice relatively newer Hampton that is considerably larger than most Hamptons. While we arrived in the dark at 10 and left before 8, the hotel does have some great views of the mountains, including Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the lower 48. Rooms were good and staff was great.

This place is truly enchanted! We were able to make our daughter's birthday very special. Marcela's High Tea was beautifully presented, and delicious. The teas were exquisite, and everything was perfect. My new favorite place!
I am French and I approve this restaurant ð. The chicken was very well cooked, the sauce was really good too. The vegetable gratin and the gratin dauphinois was perfectly cooked. We try also the profiteroles and that was spectacular. Proportions a
