Hampton Inn & Suites Reno/Sparks - Hotel in Sparks - 200 Legends Bay Drive, USA

My husband & I travel for his career and are away from home 10/12 months of the year. With that being said, of the MANY hotels we've stayed at this is the best. (Thats including Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, HI also). The front desk gal Erika last night delivered exceptional customer service- friendly and calming after a long day on the road. She gave great local recommendations to check out. Barb this morning was professional & friendly too. Overall: rooms were beautiful, view was beautiful of the lake, and breakfast was delicious (and so clean!)

The hotel is very clean and everyone is very attentive and nice. There was a problem with my bathroom. As soon as I reported it, the front desk gal immediately apologized and asked for my room number. I was on my way to work, so the whole day was available to manage the bathroom situation. When I returned to my room after my work day, there was a bag of goodies hanging from my door knob. The bathroom situation was handled quickly and I was given a follow up each day to make sure all was well in my room and bathroom. I was extremely happy with the customer service and care given to me while I was here at this hotel. I will be coming back to this very hotel again. This place was so clean!!!! We’ve been traveling to Vegas a lot lately and the rooms are always either really gross or subpar at twice the cost of this hotel. Same company as well. Traveling with two toddlers cleanliness is a top priority for me. This hotel has it together! We will stay here again on our next trip through. Beds were comfortable and clean, bathroom was spotless, and I loved the soft water. Our room didn’t have a view but our next one I’ll make sure it does. Close to shopping and restaurants too.

Stayed in 2Q room on 2nd floor looking out to lake. Got to choose our room on Hilton app after calling hotel direct for reservation. Odd number rooms look to lakeside. You can get a good view from 2nd floor, depending on the room. Favorite thing was spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, the breakfast room and breakfast was good, friendly staff, convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The room has desk with nice desk chair, two cushioned benches on wheels ( used one as luggage holder), great TV, plenty of plugs. We had our dog as they are dog friendly - much appreciated since he is old and we can’t board him anymore. Small dog duty area but it served its purpose.|What would make it better? - Makeup mirror in bathroom, normal towel holders, regular bathroom door (as opposed to barn door), bathmat for slippery tub. (They do have disabled friendly rooms but we didn’t have one).|Hotel has pool and exercise room but we didn’t use them.|Overall great experience.

I travel a LOT and this hotel was the most friendly one I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! Super clean rooms and common areas. The room with the balcony and Marina view is a must! I will always stay here when I am in the Reno/Tahoe/Sparks area.

This was the best hotel stay we've had in a long time. Everything was clean and peaceful. Somehow, the bed was firm enough for me and soft enough for my husband. The design of the rooms is well thought out, from the little foot shelf in the shower to plenty of floor space around the bed. The friendly front desk employees sent texts to check on how we were doing with our stay. It was all very thoughtful, and we left feeling well rested, well fed, and well cared for.

My husband and I have Hilton credit cards we only stay at Hilton hotels when we travel. This hotel is the best hotel we stayed at in Reno. The room is clean and smells good and everything looks new. (I mean who didn't like new stuff) we will stay here next time when we are in Reno.

The Hampton Inn and Suites in Sparks NV has my vote to stay again! The hotel was top notch! It was clean and comfortable. Your breakfast was complementary and had so many great choices. It was too bad our stay was one day.
