Hampton Inn and Suites Pryor - Hotel in Pryor - 431 Midamerica Dr, USA

This is a typical Hampton. I stay at these pretty often because of consistency, and this was no surprise. The room designs tend to change over the years. This new one has a sliding door from the closet to the bathroom. Unfortunately, this space-saving move leads to a gap between the door and wall when closed as there's no latch or lock. If you like to have some privacy and either close or lock the bathroom door you're out of luck.||The HVAC window unit was quite loud and hard to adjust. It was really cold when we checked in (65) so we turned it up to 72. It got warm then it climbed higher. During the night the room temp fluctuated. The duvet is thick and hot but without it you only have a thin bed sheet. So there were several middle-of-the-night thermostat adjustments.||Fitness room was ok. Breakfast was adequate. Most Hamptons have scaled back on fresh food and variety but you can find something. There are some restaurants in this small town but takes a few miles of driving. The road noise became noticeable in the morning as it's right on a highway.

Positive: It was ok. Average hotel Negative: The yellow vest workers was smoking and vaping Inside hotel The hotel thinks these workers are rich when Fact be only little boys wear yellow vests These workers are 20 dollar an hour chump change Dreamers. It ruins the hotel big time

Positive: Room was ok Negative: You could smell smoking cigs at times And I saw a person vape inside this non Smoking hotel. It was those yellow vest workers They got no respect for real life

Positive: Im going i to say nothing was liked Negative: Its 2023 and you smell vaping and cigs And marijuana fumes coming through your Vents inside your rooms Ii have stayed Many times and outta 6 stays in the last month Every night the same drug smells coming through The vents.

Outstanding hotel at a reasonable price. Even able to park a truck or two in here if the lot isn't too full. Doesn't seem very busy. If you stay here eat at the Dennys next door. Outstanding food and service.

Clean rooms and great breakfast. This place was all we could have expected. The breakfast, on the other hand was surprisingly above any expectation. I would venture to say the best hotel breakfast ever. Thank you to the cook staff for sure.

It is not a high end hotel but everything is clean, staff is nice, breakfast is good, bedding is soft, it has laundry and a gym and a pool, so overall pleased with my business week stay.
