Was flooded out of my addition and had to get a room at the last minute. Front desk staff was very friendly and showed genuine concern for me. The room was very clean and the building was quiet. Like that the rooms are interior for better safety than outside doors. The free breakfast was delicious.

I travel to this area semi-frequently for work. I have stayed at other hotels and since my first visit to Hampton Inn, I have yet to book with another hotel. Celinda Chavez at the front desk is amazing-kind, personal, really goes the extra mile. The slogan upon entering the hotel is something along the lines of "making you happy makes us happy" and I absolutely feel like Celinda embodies that-her priority is making sure we have a good stay. Thank you for your cheerful greetings and personalized service. I'll be back soon!

Had a 1 night stay for business. The room was comfortable, had good space and was clean. Also it was quiet at night, which is always a plus, despite being right off a busy road. Good location, lots of stuff nearby. Ample parking. Solid breakfast options and clean breakfast area. The staff was very friendly!

Our room was spotless & spacious enough for a couple. We both got sunburned at a nearby beach so we used all that was left in the skin cream container provided in our bathroom. It was promptly refilled when we told their staff. The breakfast offered everything for food. It was amazing! It had something for everyone! I would’ve liked to have had cranberry juice but found only strawberry-kiwi flavored juice. Cranberry juice is a basic staple that many older people rely on daily.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff! The front desk ladies are perfect. They made my stay enjoyable. When I said something was wrong with the room they were up there to fix it very quickly.

We were having some work done to our home & needed a hotel to stay at for a couple days during spring break March 21-.23,2024. This hotel was perfect. Clean rooms, great free breakfast in the morning from 6am-10am (alot to choose from), heated pool, cute little gym.. Everything was really nice. One girl that worked there at the front desk stood out to us, her name was Celinda. This young lady went above and beyond her job to make our stay there absolutely pleasant. She loves her job and it shows, cause she is GREAT AT IT!!!..They are extremely lucky to have her working there. Thank you Celinda.. if we ever have to stay somewhere local again it will be there because of you!!!..

Had a small booking issue due to a family emergency, and the manager to off one of the fees, which resulted in $120 saved. I'm glad to be a Hilton HONORS member as the quality of their brand is always comfortable to deal with. The room was clean, with no issues like holes in the walls or smelly carpets. Thanks for taking care of your facility... definitely been in a few dumps that were supposed to be "Quality". My only possible issue would be the small TVs . 55" are dirt cheap VS the 25"or 32" in the room.

The hotel is clean, neat and the room was ready on time. Plenty of parking and easy access to the room. The breakfast was great with many choices. The service at the front desk was outstanding. Dana Smith and Jocelyn Marquez were polite and professional. They were very helpful throughout our stay.
