The hotel is a great location to pop over to Pensacola Beach and enjoy the ocean, restaurants & activities. The front desk staff goes above & beyond. Melissa answered all my questions with ease and provided great solutions. Danielle as well, above & beyond with service and just so pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was great and the coffee was always fresh and hot. Housekeeping was quick with delivering extra towels. Thank you for a great stay!

The reviews for this hotel are misleading. We drove from North Louisiana to the hotel because of the reviews and the great pictures. I must say the advertising is false! The hotel is so outdated. The door to our room had to be shoved open and also shoved to close. The fridge barely worked and never got cold. Outdated furniture, uncomfortable beds, flat pillows. Tubs wouldn’t drain water from when we showered. Room was warm. Towels were great however, there were several. The pool was a huge disappointment. Super small and dirty water. Only five chairs around it. Breakfast was great and the only good thing about the entire hotel. They sent me a message asking for comments. I told them the truth and asked for a refund, which they declined.

Was torn on staying here because some of the bad reviews but so glad we did. Melissa and the night shift front desk clerk were super friendly. The free hot breakfast was on point! The attendant worked so hard replenishing everything with the Labot Day crowd. Western omelets and blueberry scones were scrumptious. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean. Was nice to have an onsite washer and dryer. Free public beach is a few miles down the road. We were able to rent a beach chair and umbrella from a local vendor.

Just what we were looking for...clean rooms, nice little pool (tho the bottom can use a cleaning), terrific breakfast (no matter what time we went) and helpful staff. They had to fix our slow running tub but did so promptly. Room only cleaned every other day and that information is not shared. That's the only negative. Location convenient to airport, beaches, nearby town. Recommend.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. Leslie at the front desk always greated you with a smile and went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. It was a pleasure seeing her and Frank daily. Definitely will stay here again on out next trip.

They have bed bugs. The staff was amazing... except management. WHILE we were there, management promised all kinds of things bc our room had bed bugs. Once we were gone, We called and called the manager named Guy. He was never in and never called back. We stayed almost a week found the bugs on day 3 and were refunded a single day, the cheapest day of our entire stay.. We had to get new luggage. Corporate wasn't any more helpful. Don't stay here.

I came into town with my toddler to see Blippi at Saenger Theater, and was a little nervous about traveling alone with him to a place we had never been. We were greeted so warmly and even received a text message to check on how pleased we were with our room. The room was perfect. AC was cold and the room was clean. The rooms weren’t super modern but they weren’t super dated either. We were less than 15 minutes from the Theater AND from Pensacola Beach. Great location for what we needed for our trip. Breakfast was complimentary and there was a nice selection. In the mornings we received a genuine greeting from Leslie who provided THEE BEST service my entire stay. Thank you Leslie for making us feel at home!

I like that this hotel is within 2-3 minutes to some fast food, a Walmart market, Publix, etc. Basically in the middle of everything right off the 3m bridge. The rooms are okay, could use a little bit of a renovation possibly. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that this location is LGTBQ+ friendly! That’s always a way to make me happy! The more accepting the better. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ The beds, bathroom and quietness was a plus. I guess the really only negative thing I have for this hotel is this location is the internet and service is really bad here, WiFi is constantly disconnecting every 20-30 minutes. But overall it was a 4/5 stay for us.
