The room was nice and clean. The first person at the front desk thought she had to explain to me for 5 minutes about why I couldn't check in early. I wasn't bothered that I couldn't check in early, I was bothered by the fact that they explained repeatedly by reiterating the same reason in different words. The location is semi hidden just off the main road. Continental breakfast was decent.

This review has taken too long, we stayed here in Sept. 2023 The staff at this hotel were exceptional. We flew in on the red eye with a 5 yr. old from CA. to attend a wedding and travel through New England. We were exhausted and they fed us breakfast and got a room ready for us very quickly. We were able to get some sleep and adjust to the time change. This kindness and accommodation started our two week vacation on such a positive note. The accommodations here were also clean and comfortable! Many Thanks to the staff here and would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and convenience.

Terrible customer service and housekeeping!!! I stayed in this chaotic facility for 13 days with my family. They claim to provide light cleaning every four days and a full clean-up on day seven, but they never did it on time, even after multiple reminders at the front desk. Each staff member promised to address the issue without any apology, yet nothing was done. When they finally cleaned, the bedsheets weren’t changed, and the floor wasn’t swept. My husband and I ended up cleaning the floor with paper towels and our hands on several occasions. We only received a full service on day 12, with one night left. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and it was not worth the money or time.

Nice clean rooms. The size of the rooms was great. Bathrooms were clean and stocked as well. The staff was kind and cordial as well. Great for the price. Also the free parking and breakfast is a great benefit! The breakfast items looked fresh and there were plenty of options. Many restaurants are close by too.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights recently while visiting NYC. Overall, the hotel is clean as was our room. The hotel staff were very accommodating and offered to switch our room after the first night when we mentioned that our internet reception was poor. On another night, we returned after 10pm and really wanted to go for a swim. The pool closed at 10pm, however the front desk attendant gave us access for a quick dip. My only negative feedback is the lack of certain breakfast items. After our first day, cold cereals had run out and there was no coffee cream available for our entire stay, even though coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The yogurt selection was also poor and there was no salt or fresh fruit available by our last day. Upon leaving the hotel after our final night, I noted the delivery of new supplies from the food service distributer.

The owner needs to take care of the place. Pool was closed which is one of the reasons we rented there. Only one elevator was working and the other was malfunctioning. Had access to pool area but not fitness room. Ice machine on floor was not working. Rooms and staff were good.

Positive: Very clean; super polite housekeepers; very dog friendly Negative: Waffles were not available both mornings; coffee was not strong enough; pool was too small for the amount of people, so we were not able to fully enjoy our stay ?

After booking and check in find out pool was closed. Which was a main reason for picking this place. Breakfast was subpar. The sign stated cheese omelettes and it was scrambled eggs, extremely dry sausages. Loud teens running in the halls after midnight slamming on doors. And the amount of unsupervised kids was pathetic. Even things ripped of walls in hallways during the stay.
