The lady at the front desk was super friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for being near lots of food options, not super close to the beach, though, if that's what you're looking for. The location was perfect for us, a good midway point along our road trip.

I really like this hotel. Very nice rooms we got one of the two queen suites it was very nice it had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. They have a splash pad, pool with towels. Very good breakfast Mrs Judy was very sweet and very helpful she helped one of my Mom's foster kids cut her waffle. I highly recommend this hotel

Came here to stay for our anniversary. Well, showed up and went to check In. Was greeted by a nice lady but just wouldn't tell us what the problem was to get our room we reserved.. finally, get the keys after waiting for a bit. Get upstairs and see that the room is a decent size. The AC filters had mold growing on them, one of the pillows had black makeup on it, there was a weird poop smell that would come and go throughout the night, and the shower and bathroom walls had exposed wall with dark mold growing behind it. When checking out, the lady checked us out in a hurry and almost didn't want to hear what we had to say about our stay until I showed the pics. She said im sorry, and that was it.

My family and I had a truly awful experience at the Hampton Inn by Hilton. We arrived at 10 AM, fully aware that check-in wasn’t until 4 PM. The front desk representative assured us that our rooms would likely be ready by 2 PM. We decided to spend the day at the beach, planning to come back after 4 PM to check in, shower, and rest before going out for the evening. However, when we returned, we encountered a disastrous situation. The lobby was packed, and the line for check-in wrapped around the area. People were visibly upset because there were no clean rooms available, despite some having waited since early afternoon. The front desk representative informed us she didn’t know when our room would be ready, and she wouldn’t be calling us with updates. By the time it was our turn, it was already 7 PM. Despite reserving two rooms for nearly $600, we were told again that the rooms were not ready and there was no estimate for when they would be. We waited another hour, checking back at 8 PM, only to be told there was still no room available. Frustrated and exhausted, my family and I started looking for other hotels. During this chaotic and stressful situation, the front desk representative mentioned that all the managers had quit, and she was only being assisted by the housekeeping manager. She even stated that she didn’t want to call the general manager, fearing they might quit as well. This experience was incredibly disappointing. After a long day, all we wanted was a place to rest, and we were left tired and hungry, without a room to check into. This situation should have been handled much better. We will not be returning to this hotel.

The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast host was very helpful and friendly. Peta at the front desk recommended several good restaurants within walking distance. Kudos to housekeeping for one of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen in a long time.

I am writing this review to express my gratitude of the exceptional hospitality and service during my recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Panama City Beach-Pier Park Area. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made my and my family experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere, offered comfortable accommodations, and from the frontdesk staff Miss ASHLEY provided services that far exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with how organized and friendly She was. She made sure everything was in order and all questions were answered. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are considering staying in Panama City Beach area.

We stayed in March 2023; for my older son’s college graduation. We had a queen suite, with two beds and sofa bed. The beds were amazing. I have two cats for my anxiety. They came with us, and had a blast, people watching from the window. Breakfast was great. Will stay again. It’s close to the beach and the pier park and other things around. It’s kinda tricky getting in or out.

If you value your security, do not stay here. My wife just had another guest walk into the room with access. Mistakes happen, but this is the 4th time this summer we have either been given access to another guest room or a room that wasn't cleaned. We have stayed here 15 or more nights on business this year with few problems until summer. Idk what changed, but the very minimum they can do is secure the guest rooms. I understand the software outage, but it has been happening for months. I'll call them directly when I find out who the franchise owner is. Somebody could get hurt or killed. Four times in a month is unacceptable.
