The great staff at this hotel makes all of the difference. Look for the morning front desk lady with the bright red hair. Her enthusiastic greetings make my day better. The overnight clerk is helpful and fixed my issue with a digital key. The rooms are clean and the housekeepers come each day. To avoid rooms with noise from I-4, choose a room with a lower number.

This Hotel is well located next to I4, with great restaurants around. Check was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and TV was easy to navigate. Bathroom was clean and with everything needed. Light switches by the entry and bathroom are linked in weird way. First we thought the lights in the bathroom were out but ended up being controlled by the switch by the entry door. If the switch is turned off, the lights in the bathroom won't work regardless if the switch is on the on/off position. Not sure if it is something by city regulation but every power outlet was upside down (my daughter pointed out) I thought it as only our room, but noticed as well in the lobby. There were plenty of parking spots available. Have complementary breakfast but we didn't go. Location is great if looking to visit Kelly Park about 14 miles away.

Decent hotel in Altamonte Springs, Florida. It's nothing fancy but it is affordable. The rooms are pretty clean and have comfortable beds. The property has a small outdoor pool and a free parking lot. The guest rooms consist of the typical 1 King, 2 Queens, and a slightly larger corner room with a sitting area and desk. The front desk is 24 hours. Check out is at 11 AM. My experience has always been satisfactory. I stay here often and I am never disappointed.

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times now and every time I'm there I seem to run into this older female receptionist (name starts with M, possibly Margaret?) who's always in a snippy mood. Every one else I've dealt with is we nice/polite. Breakfast is disappointing... Mostly junk/unhealthy offerings. But rooms are clean and that I give high marks to.

I travel quite a bit for work, so lots of hotel stays. Good qualities included clean, large room, nice bed,pillows, etc. But a couple guys hanging out, sleeping in public areas, gives a sketchy vibe, and some police incident on property, that they didn't seem to " know about" when asked, as well as some couples that looked more transactional than anything. | Glad my car didn't get broken into while there.

This might be my new favorite hotel chain. All of the staff were so friendly, rooms were comfortable and they had incredible bath and body products in the bathroom. Plus this location is right across from the BEST Mexican restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. 2 issues no hot water from Sunday through Monday morning had no hot water. 2 cold showers is no fun. The fridge in the room was broken and reported on check out. Washed our windows when we were relaxing on sunday afternoon. At least they dropped off a notice of moving our car.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. Reading past reviews, the front desk appears to have been a problem and continues to be a problem. Daisy at the front desk is bitter at life. I agree with previous reviews on her. Her negative energy is a bad 1st impression. Sara "I'm the AGM" I wouldnt let manage a lemonade stand. If you are a sports team or a group, I would avoid this hotel. Not group friendly.
