Beware of booking this hotel for your big day! The fall rates are exorbitant, and the service for room blocks is horrendous. The staff give you the runaround, making the booking process a nightmare. The cost for a two-night stay adds up quickly, and the rooms are not worth the price. Having stayed here twice—once in June and again for an upcoming October wedding—I’ve experienced a shocking difference in rates. The value simply isn’t there. Instead, I strongly recommend The Thayer Hotel. It offers a comparable price with a much better overall experience. Save yourself the stress and expense by choosing a venue that truly delivers.

The stay here was very pleasant and the staff was courteous and very available. Breakfast was on standard for this chain! Would highly recommend if you are going to New York and want to stay just a bit outside the metro area. About 1 hour from the Bronx and 1 hour 20 min from queens or Manhattan in off rush hour traffic. Near many shopping centres and restaurants, and even a casino.

Stayed overnight after a concert at Bethel woods. Clean and comfortable check in was a breeze. Would recommend highly just based on the bed. Recent upgrades made it bettter! Breakfast was typical but free and overall above average. Great staff.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were really nice. The hotel is right next to the airport, but it wasn't an issue - the airport closes at night. We never heard a single plane, so don't worry about that. The hotel is really close to the interstate too, and we didn't hear any traffic. If you are staying in town, try dinner at Ms. Fairfax, it was a really nice place with great food and the best staff!

The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and Tia at the front desk was lovely. Breakfast was good and the hotel is convenient to the airport, the highway, restaurants and shops. I wish they would update the in-room coffee machines to Keurigs but excellent otherwise.

Perfectly fine but not exceptional in its class. Rooms were clean and bright. No dresser in King suite for clothes. Elevator honks like a fire alarm at each stop. Breakfast was very limited in cold pastry type offerings. Just bread, bagels and some sort of bran muffin plus a long line for a waffle machine. A few yogurt offerings. IHG Hilton Express where we were yesterday was far superior at same price point in everything from staff to room contents to a superior breakfast.

The Newburgh Hampton inn gets 5 stars all around. This is a huge Hampton inn. The check in was easy on the app and the rooms look new. It is very close to the interstate. The breakfast was also very delicious and good and they have a large dog relief area.

Positive: Convenient location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was pleasant and friendly. Negative: Had a heck of a time checking in. Arrived at the front desk at 3:15.
