Sheesh! Where do I start? First off, TripAdvisor said this place has free parking and it does not. I was charged $19. They have three lot areas, but I was told not to use the parking garage. I don't know for whom that lot is reserved. We moved from our first room because the air conditioning did not work. We had already gone to the desk for a towel, body wash and shampoo because the room had two conditioners and only three towels. In our next room, the refrigerator didn't work. Also, this room had shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. This floor had sticky spots on the carpet, some of which we covered with a towel. They had a good variety of items at breakfast, but tables were not being cleaned timely. The pool area is large. The water is warm. The pool area is kept entirely too hot. Tops Diner is within walking distance. We enjoyed dinner there.
Location: Easy location to get to from Prudential Center; Not such as great location when it comes to safe area. Harrison-Riverwalk is dirty and not something nice to look at (no need to get room with a view). Elevators are super slow with only having 6 floors. Staff: Staff limited and no one seem to want to be there. Parking: Parking is first come first serve. We had to find street parking and the hotel had the nervous to charge us $22 per day. Room: We did not have a working room phone. Maintenance brought another phone from room 420 that did not work. No room service performed on Saturday. Bed: Bed was lumpy and you could hear the springs when you sat down. The bed so close to dresser, I hit my leg trying to go to bathroom. Bathroom: Outdated. Room had odor (brought air fresher). No hand soap or bath gel in room. The toilet in the room didn't work. Maintenance came several times and no fix. We had to use the dirty public bathroom on 1st floor. Saturday evening after we got back from dinner, staff indicated she was the only one working. Give my Husband a "snake" to see if he could fix the problem (disgusting). Breakfast: They do have a buffet. The eggs were burned both days. The dining area was super busy. Had a wait 20 minutes to make a waffle. Only two irons. They did serve turkey sausage. Gym: We did not use the pool or gym, kids were playing and running in and out all day/night.
I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived as the most recent reviews were not so positive, our room was immaculately clean, and very spacious! The bed was super comfortable as well. Our safe wasn’t working once we arrived, however they had someone up to fix it within 5 minutes! The price was fair and the staff were friendly. Great, easy stay.
Firstly, Shout out to Tim (Timothy). Although we were not able to have a room ready for early check-in, when a room was finally available after about a 45min wait past 3:00pm, the room was clean and comfortable. It was pretty busy for a Monday due to the Chelsea FC vs. Gotham FC soccer game, however it was still a tad bit annoying that a room couldn't be ready for early check-in (on a Monday afternoon). However Tim worked intensely to get an update about every 15 minutes. Ana was also very welcoming and pleasurable with a lovely attitude. Not bad for a 3-Star Hotel honestly.
We came into town for the USA women’s soccer match. The hotel was packed with fans but everything ran smoothly. The staff was extremely helpful. The manager called to check on me when I thought I had lost my keys. And the bartender gave us great dinner recommendations.
The hotel confirmed a mobility accessible room. However, the bathroom had no grab bars. The wall on the side of had a grab bar, but it required stepping over the side of the tub to get to it. In addition, the beds were too close together for my wheelchair to fit—my regular travel companion is not at all a romantic partner. The bed is also too high
Not representative of my experiences at other Hampton Inn. Front desk and cleaning staff were great. 1st floor was usually wet during my stay. Breakfast, just don't bother unless it's coffee, tea, fruit and cereal that you want. Parking during this time was automatically charged at $22/nightly but hard to secure or none of you're coming/arriving late at night, so make sure you let them know if you're not parking there during a certain night on the night of or you'll get charged. Pool and area was not clean, which I don't recommend & highly chlorinated and dry area was dirty. Ice machine are located in the 2nd and 6th floor, too bad the machine on the 6th floor was not working during my stay.
DO NOT STAY HERE- MANY PROBLEMS. I waited to write this review until I heard from a manager, but I never did, so here we go. 1. They charge for parking, but its all a scam. They do not ask you for your plate or vehicle information, so they don't know if any given car is supposed to be there or not. On the plus side, if you lie and say you dont have a car, you can park for free. On the other hand, if you do have a car, you may find yourself unable to park because anyone can park there for free, and they do. Imagine my frustration when returning to the hotel at 11:30 pm with my 10-year old and 11- year old and there is literally NO PARKING when I am paying for the privilege of parking there! I approached staff about this problem, and was told too bad, until at least one employee (Anna) seemed to hear my concerns and volunteered to move her car to a "fire zone" spot so I could park. 2. We picked this hotel for the pool. But we could not use it because it was rancid and green (see attached photo). Our kids were very upset about this, especially given the extreme heat that the area was experiencing at the time. 3. They literally ran out of towels. We had to go a day without fresh towels because of this (we were there for three days). 4. Our sink smelled like rotten eggs/ poop due to a plubming issue. This made the bathroom smell. 5. The fixture on our sink was loose, and freely rotated/was on the verge of breaking off. 6. No shuttles to anywhere. Yeah, you can walk to a train station, but it is quite a hike, especially with kids. They did ultimately comping the parking after I complained, but that means very little to me given the fact that I only had to pay for parking in the first place because I was honest about having a car. As stated above, If I had lied about it, I would have also gotten free parking.

Cute little spot. The birria tacos (pictured) here are amazing and the best I've had! We went back almost one year later and I got the Queso Birria tacos and they're even more amazing. Found my new fave! ð«¶ð¼ð®
Very attractive and is such an aesthetic, was a little questionable at first but as soon as the service came along it felt very welcoming. Itâs very put together with the decorations and service didnât take long and was always trying to help out
We have been living here for more than 2 years, and I have to say this is probably one of the best apartment buildings I have lived in. What's great: 1. The units are spacious, if you are looking for the most space with the best price, this is your
Choose this place to meet our friend as she returned from NYC to Philly. Just a couple blocks from the PATH train. The place is large and was quiet on Wednesday afternoon. The portions are large and will provide several days of leftovers.
