Great one night stay. The attendants, Justin and Linus were absolutely the nicest they could be. Helpful and attentive in every way. Only negative was the floor and. carpet in room 132. Carpet felt damp and hard floors were very sticky to walk on. Other than that, A+.

Nice location. It sits close by eateries and shopping stores. They have an indoor pool but it’s not heated. Did i mention location… it’s close to the highway yet far away off of it so you cannot hear any traffic. The beds are not as comfortable but the water in the sink and showers definitely get hot which is great

The staff here are truly pleasant! Lura in the breakfast kitchen was so helpful and kind. She noticed we had a cooler and offered to get us ice. She was so kind and had the breakfast area well-stocked and clean. The front desk person who checked us in was great and I was happy to see her again in the morning. Our place was clean and our stay was quiet. The beds were comfortable.

Front desk lady Mary was so sweet and amazing. But unfortunately the room was dirty and had an odd smell to it. (Like moldy) This hotel needs some serious deep cleaning. In the vents in bathroom there was black stuff in them, stains on walls and doors, floor felt dirty and sticky, the bed had a few stains on the sheets, toilet hadn’t been cleaned it had a black ring in the inside of it. For the price of this hotel it did not past with my standards and if I’m ever looking in the area again I will definitely look elsewhere. It does come with a breakfast and it was decent.

The room was clean but had an odor. The fitness room is in poor repair/dirty, breakfast was slim, and staff really missed the mark on hospitality at check-in. Good location. I would probably choose another hotel if I came back to this area.

Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable (Pillows could have been fluffier), and such an accommodating staff. My only problem was not being able to get a chair for the shower. They did try! They were wonderful with my American Bulldog, Bruce.

When we walked in it was super clean. We arrived at night and I forgot about my Hilton rewards but noticed when checking out it was pulled up by my name. However, I was never offered the benefits as a Hilton reward member when I checked in at night, it would have been nice to have been offered my free bottle water and snack. The night lady made me feel uncomfortable to approach her. I am already a happy person so I tried everything I could to put a smile on her face, as she appeared unwelcoming as I checked in. I really appreciated how clean the rooms were, and the natural products. This stuck out to me because for the last 6 months I stopped using products with harsh chemicals. Because of the natural products in the hotel I was able to wash my hair, face and body without using my natural products. Thank you! This hotel should be a 4 or 5 star hotel for the price and how clean it is. *Parking is Free * Breakfast is Free with great selections of both hot and cold food! * The morning lady with short hair was so sweet and asked how my stay was. She made my morning, with her welcoming approach, smile and kind words. 😍 You can tell whoever manages this place takes really good care of it. Great work! BOOK YOUR STAY!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

My husband wanted a quick getaway to Nashville Tn so I decided on this hotel. Best decision!! The day staff Mary and Cherylynn and night staff Lynn was so nice and down to earth. I was in pain when I check in and Lynn found us the closest room so I wouldn't walk far and my husband was hungry but it was late and she found him a bag lunch, kudos for that. The room was big, clean and had towels for days. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept it coming. Check-out was quick and easy. Mary and Cherylynn gave us good old fashion conversations and a huge hug after. Definitely will be back
