Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville/Franklin (Cool Springs) - Hotel in Franklin - 7141 S Springs Dr, USA

This location works perfect for us for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend There's a mini fridge in the room and is there something you forgotten about? You can just grab it in the little store that they have they have quite a bit of variety. They had a great selection of breakfast . And the coffee wasn't awful. When we checked in, they had cookies, water and coffee still available even fruit at that moment it was probably around 4 PM My only issue was that we needed to use the sleeper sofa and we couldn't find the sheets. Later on after we had picked up new sheets from the front desk, we found out that there were sheets in the sleeper sofa. Which made me think that they had never cleaned them from the previous guest that use the sleeper sofa. There were plenty of towels for us this time . All of the sides as well as the outside was quite quiet and we were even on the side of the interstate. However, always in every hotel I don't care the price of the hotel the hallway is always loud and you always have a light coming out of the hallway into the room through the door. The great thing about this hotel is that they had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower, but the bonus is that by the sink in the bathroom they had hand soap as well as lotion in those bottles as well. I really think that is a bonus for us!!! There's lots of parking there is a restaurant within walking distance and there are several grocery stores and restaurants down Mallory Street Which is literally right around the corner

What a sweet spot. The rooms have bathtubs still which some folks love and the place was clean, quiet and safe. Management was awesome, welcoming us as diamond members and everything was simply perfect. We will stay here from now on when around Nashville.

We stayed here for not even a night. This place does have bed bugs. My husband was laying in the bed with my daughter and when he went to go brush his teeth, I looked at his collar and there was a bed bug. We quickly ran out of there and ended up staying at the hotel next door for that night. We had to wake our two small daughters up and drag all of our stuff out. They were screaming cause they were tired. It was a mess. It’s been such an ordeal. I’m petrified to bring something like that home so we have like steamed everything. We quickly dried any clothes we had out on high heat at the hotel next door. It’s been a traumatizing experience to say the least. Then were nice enough to refund us the stay. But I’m not sure I’ll be staying at any Hamptons again

Hampton Inn and suites Franklin Tennessee/cool waters||Nice lobby. Clean room. Love the shampoo etc dispensers wall mounted! Great breakfast. I ordered a king size room and got two queens. Which would do, so we didn’t make a fuss. Actually my reservation said double king, for some reason, but I intended to have just one King. It was booked through a third-party.

Positive: Proximity to Nashville & local shopping & dining, front desk staff friendly & welcoming Negative: Room smaller than expected and didn't have dresser drawers for storage. While it was nice that it was so close to everything, it was so close to everything. Lol. Traffic around the area.

Positive: Super Clean! Negative: I would like to see the hotel use even more environmental friendly products especially at the breakfast service. Please put out a jug of half and half and a jug of skim milk rather than all those little creamer cups.

I stay at a lot of hampton inns due to traveling for work and this is by far my favorite and the cleanest and they definitely treat me like family! Shout out to Jen for always making my check in process simple and easy! And the break fast cook goes above and beyond!
