I booked this hotel because I was attending a wedding nearby. The check-in process was quick and simple, I found the front desk staff to be very nice and helpful. The room was great, very clean and the bathroom was updated with a tub you could take a bath in. I felt ver comfortable in the room, my only thing would be that the rooms are not very soundproof and I could hear the people in the next room over. Aside from that my stay was great. I used the laundry room and that was also super simple and easy to use. The breakfast selection was limited but enough variety that I always had something to eat. Honestly I was really happy with my stay and impressed by how clean the hotel was. Would stay again.

I love this hotel. For its category is a solid 4 stars. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly. Ladies at the front desk during the weekend are super helpful and friendly. Great location! Bars and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately the hot tub is not working. Recommend.

I stayed at this hotel on April 15th and 16th of 2024. I was in town on business and my coworker stayed in an adjoining room so that we could get work done during our stay. The check in process was easy and what we had come to expect. One of the rooms was nice however the other room was a handicap room. I would have had no problem staying in the room even though we did not request it and hope that another guest did not need it. However, the room was less quality. The shower provided handicap accessibility however it is dark and dingy like a prison bathroom and frankly I’d be embarrassed to have guests in that room. I’m surprised it was not the same quality as the other room. My major problem with the hotel was not the rooms however, it has been the service my coworker has received. He had to leave about 5:45am after the first night due to a personal emergency. I accompanied him to the desk as I was driving him back to the airport and then returning to the hotel myself. When we reached the desk a young man was at the desk and helped us check out of the second room. We did not initiate any request for fees being waved for the second night being cancelled. However the friendly gentleman offered to waive the usual fees due to the unusual circumstances that my coworker was leaving under. When my coworker checked his statement, none of those fees had been waived and my coworker has contacted both the hotel management and corporate offices regarding this waiving of fees. Mario did not take my coworkers word but said he would check the cameras if we were at the desk. He claimed he checked the cameras from 5:30am to 7am and that we did not go to the desk. My coworker called corporate and they then put the same Mario on the line and he made the same claim that we did not go to the desk. I refuse to use any hotel chain that rewards such deceitful behavior. I know from my google activity that we pulled out of the parking lot at 6am and was certainly not hallucinating that we spoke with a gentleman at the desk. For Mario to flat out lie to save some money is a horrendous act. I’ll not support Hampton and its affiliated chains with Hilton.

Typical rooms for this type of hotel but the breakfast is terrible and service is 50/50. The gentleman working the desk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. The gentleman at the desk the next day was very rude when asked about why the hot tub was not usable. The hot tub was the reason we booked this hotel over other (cheaper) options and he proceeded to act like we were stupid for not knowing about the hot tub situation when we booked because supposedly it says something about it on their website (which since I have not been able to find). You can see the hot tub in the pictures and third party sites advertise that it has a spa but nowhere does it mention you can't use it. Far better hotel options in this price range in the area.

I made a reservation under a different email, we dressed differently and we're disabled, now. We were treated terrible, than previous stays!! The front desk customer service made us wait for a room that was never ready, so we wait until 3pm, while others were checking in at 2pm, I asked if our room was ready, yet? She said no, but she'd put us in another room that is ready! Great maybe the rude lady was having a bad day. Then I notice house cleaning and staff are in out room when we're not there and my credit cards are in the my room unprotected!! If you think you're going to STEAL from us and get away with it, you're in for a surprise lol...I will never return here. It's a 1-star hotel for a reason. These people have serious problems and need help!!!

Clean. Great location. It was about 1 hour 15 minutes from San Diego. We sat at by the large pool to enjoy some coffee & hot chocolate (complimentary). The offered free breakfast (eggs, bacon, waffles, sausages, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, juices, assortment of beverages). The folks at re options were friendly & helpful. I highly recommend to stay here to enjoy Temeculas restaurants and winetasting.

Avoid this hotel if you can. This is not a corporate property it's a franchise and the management dealt with me in a very dishonest manner. The rooms are ok, unless you get a handicapped room. Those rooms are creepy and second rate compared to the other rooms. I booked there for 2 nights. Due to an emergency I had to leave early after the first night around 0600. I explained the situation to Mario who said he would be happy to check me out and not charge me for the second night. I was appreciative, but did not initially ask for the fees to be waived. However when I got the bill I found that he did not waive the fees. I called him about it, he said he never told me that. Mario and the Hotel manager John made me feel like I was a liar, when in fact I was just asking them to make good on Mario's promise. They kept asking me to prove that Mario had said he'd waive the charge. It was my word against his and he decided to go back on his word. So I will never stay at this location again, and if I don't change my mind Mario has cost Hilton a Diamond Guest. Mario, you sir, are a liar!

Chose this hotel to stay at for our wedding in Menifee. Also created a room block for our wedding guests that were flying in from all over the country. It was terrible from the start. The hot tub was broken and the front desk told us there was no intention of fixing it because it had broken twice already. The outdoor bathrooms were closed “for public safety” so you had to run through the entire hotel to use a bathroom if you were at the pool. If that wasn’t enough, it took 20 minutes of running water through all of our fixtures every time before we got hot water - the front desk explained it was because we were on the far side of the building from the water heater - not acceptable. And the last straw was the beds and pillows which were extremely uncomfortable and led to sleepless nights. Don’t stay here - you will regret it.
