Hampton Inn & Suites Mountain View - Hotel in Mountain View - 390 Moffett Blvd, USA

This was our first time here. We only stayed for one night for a concert, but definitely plan to go back. Room/bathroom were super clean and bedding was comfortable. We had to prop open the bathroom door and leave the vent on when we first checked in because it was very humid like someone just took a hot shower. We like the location. It’s literally a 2-block walk from downtown and that’s where all the great food and entertainment are. We felt safe at this hotel because people can’t even enter the lobby from the outside without a room key. Johnny at the front desk was super nice and helpful guiding us to the downtown area. Excellent customer service on his part alone. Amazing coffee in the lobby available all day which was great. Complimentary hot and cold breakfast was available from 6-10am with a nice/clean eating area. Can’t wait to come back!

The location of this hotel is great. It's very near Shoreline Amphitheater, the Google campus, and the NASA Research Center. The staff were very friendly. Their free breakfast was good. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. Our room was incredibly well priced for what we received. I think the only complaint I have is none of the outlets had charging ports. If you didn't travel with your charging wall plug, you are out of luck. I would definitely stay here again.

A good Hampton. Some.of the usual issues with cleanliness of the room, though that seems to be the norm! Very good location for the highways and an easy walk into Castro Street Mountain View for stores, cafes and places to eat.

Didn’t have a pool which I was a little bummed about. I do wish the front desk had told me there was a hot tub though when I asked. I’d have used that instead. I didn’t find out about it until checkout. The rooms were nice. There was a bit of noise from adjacent rooms but nothing too crazy. All in all a nice stay.

THE ONLY ISSUE THE FILTERS AT WATER STATION ARE LOW QUALITY OR NEED TO BE REPLACED. Management please attend to this issue. THIS IS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY. We travel all over CA and hands down the best place to stay super friendly people.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. The location is good with a lot of places to eat about three blocks away. It’s an easy walk to them. The hotel is very clean. The elevators are old and slow. It’s a standard hotel for this chain. It’s nothing fancy but is clean. It’s not the quietest hotel around if you are a light sleeper. Overall though it’s pretty nice.

Avoid at all possible costs. Have been fighting with the management for a refund over serious issues I encountered during my stay. Instead of showing hospitality they harassed and discriminated against me. Avoid this location and be very careful with this discriminatory management. Have already reported this to multiple agencies.

Stayed 4 nights either family, quite neighborhood, 10 min walk to fancy restaurants and nice city center of Mountain View. It’s 10 min to reach Google and also not so far feom Stanford University.
