I had to give one star to write a review. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in their hospitality is terrible and they were rude for no reason at all. They treated us like garbage and even threatened us. They were prejudice towards us and I will never be coming to this hotel ever again. They are literally the worst and I’m not exaggerating. Maybe you will get treated different here if your white but I know for a fact we will never come near this place again because we don’t have the energy or time to deal with this kind of ignorance! It’s one thing to just be a rude person and it’s another to decide you want to treat customers different based on however you like! Grow up! You wanna be successful you will grow up and be responsible! This hotel is very irresponsible and will cause you nothing but a headache. They are the absolute worse kind of people.

Will never have my employees stay here again. They kick my employee out of his room because I was at home and did an e-check in to get him in his room. They claimed I back doored there system because I did an e-check in. They also claim they ID everyone that checks in that way and I know thats an out right lie. Also refused to give me a refund for a room that was never stayed in and refused to give me the general managers number to resolve the issue.

I spent about a week here preparing for a move and had an enjoyable stay. The hotel was super quiet and not crowded at all which was nice. The only downside was multiple front desk attendants sat out in their car on the phone instead of manning the desk which was frustrated when I needed something. Also the printing situation is a bit confusing and there should be some info in the business center posted about how to use the printer as employee was not education about it.

Front desk is rude and disrespectful. She threatened our group several times and then disappears in the back room. It is not kid friendly. No manager is available. Under investogation by Hilton corporate following complaints. Hot water was removed as too many people had hot chocolate. Wrong key was given out so a man entered the room at 1am. Please dont stay at this hotel, there are better options.

I left some jewelry in my hotel room and did not notice until I was already at the airport. I gave hotel a call and Evelyn answered and was super helpful! She said the hotel was able to hold my jewelry until my next visit or if I sent them a UPS shipping label they would box it up and ship it to my house. I want to thank Evelyn for shipping my jewelry back to me. Amazing customer service.

When reading that this is a hotell by Hilton I do admit I have some expectations. Not because of celebrity Paris but the Hilton name bears some significance. |Well, it may have been great 30 years ago. Now it's more like a motel. A bit run down, DIY-ish breakfast, only 1 cablepoint so do bring your plugs. All bad? No! Very good , soft Queen sized beds in our twinbedded room. Lots of pillows. Fridge and they gave us each a bottle of water. Icemachine close by. But if you'd like e beer watching the pretty new LG flatscreen, bring them with you. And use the icebucket. Not much on offer in the lobby machines. |Easy to park outside |But to the point of run down. At this level they ought to avoid towels with holes in them. Nice bathroom, by the way. A friend paid for the room with her points, so I don't know the price. I hope they don't charge too much..

The place was in the middle of some renovations. My biggest request would be to first, clean up the indoor pool and second, setup the business center with at least a printer for the guests. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was very clean and updated, but we woke up in the morning to find one of the windows of our car smashed in. Fortunately nothing was taken, but we were left with a big mess to clean up and a major hassle to get a window replaced prior to driving on our second leg of our Thanksgiving Road Trip. ||We heard there were at least 12 other cars that this happened to in the area that night. We also heard this is not an uncommon occurrence in this area.||A special shout out to Eagle 1 Auto Glass for getting our window replaced quickly and to Tommy’s Express Car Wash for assisting us with the clean up. Thanks for saving our Thanksgiving trip!
