Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-EastChase - Hotel in Montgomery - 7651 Eastchase Pkwy, USA

Our family travels together for my husbands job. Check in went smoothly, but after unpacking in our room, we realized that the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. The front desk sent a maintenance guy up promptly, but he couldn’t fix it. So they upgraded us to a nice suite. I believe the front desk worker was Amanda, and she was the most friendly and helpful. Everything seemed clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious and Mrs. Mona was eager to help us in any way. Thanks for the good experience.

Very clean room, reception area, and property Our room and bed was very comfortable. Mona is the Queen of the Breakfast area and she is wonderful. It is very obvious that she takes great pride in the cleanliness of her area The food was hot, plentiful, and great. She takes that extra step to speak to everyone and make sure that everybody has a great experience. My wife and I sure did. Thank you Mona!!

Meeting Miss Mona Scott at breakfast was the highlight of our stay! She is a wonderful ambassador for your hotel and we will plan a trip back next year for 2 nights as we head to Florida for the winter. Breakfast was great and the hot shower was much appreciated. Also, loved the cookies you served as we arrived. What a great experience.

We stayed at this hotel on our trip from NC to Houston Tx. After traveling 11 hours we called ahead and Hilton helped us find the closest Hampton Inn right off 1-85 to where we were. To our pleasant surprise this hotel was what we needed, perfect. It was clean, inviting and the bed was comfortable. We made a note of it and worked our trip to see if we could make it back there on our trip back. We did and they did not disappoint. If you are staying in the area or just passing through this is the hotel for you.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to say this place is outstanding. Clean rooms, all staff was very nice and helpful. When we he arrived i got checked into the first floor room before I could set my family’s luggage down I could here loud foot steps above, due to traveling all night with young children we didn’t want to listen to it, the front desk lady’s were kind enough to move my family to the top floor. Thank you ladies!!! Overall best place we’ve stayed at in a very long time. Thank you

Nicely appointed hotel with very attentive staff. The only challenge was low water Pressure in the shower. The breakfast was nicely done and the rooms spacious |The central location was perfect for our pilgrimage to visit the legacy museum and the other civil rights monuments

I can't say enough good things about this Hampton Inn. We were traveling with a dog, had car trouble, and had to make a last-minute reservation. Amanda at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us both in pricing, and in working with us on a late checkout. She's a gem! Good location, nice hotel and rooms, great breakfast. Lots of green space for dogs.

We enjoy Hampton Inns, but this East Chase hotel stood out for its quality, cleanliness, and hospitable staff. It was a welcoming place to stay. Miss Mona and Tanya in the breakfast area prepared a comprehensive breakfast of well-cooked eggs, multiple waffle makers, juices, pastries - anything you would want. Add in their friendliness as well as that of the front desk.
