Hampton Inn & Suites Monroe - Featured Reviews (1274)
Nice staff, clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained, in fact better than other Hampton locations I’ve stayed. Manager Derrick is a valuable employee at is position, and it shows how he treats his guest. The young man at check out needs to learn how to talk to guest, but not worth lower than 5 stars. I highly recommend this location on your next visit.
Easy access from I20 and great location in regards to Pecanland Mall.
Extremely clean rooms with excellent amenities in room as well as snack/food area and comfy lobby area.
Friendly and professional front desk associates¹ as well as house keeping.
Safety of guests is of utmost importance. All doors are locked and cannot be entered without a room key, with the exception of the front entrance, day and knight.
Light breakfast fare is available for guest convenience. Breakfast is a light and healthy fare, such as fresh fruit, scrumptious muffins, fluffy omelettes, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, a variety of cereals, plenty of fresh 2% milk and the star of the buffet, Miss Diane's homemade (never from a mix) heavenly grits. All served with various breakfast juices and a multitude of fresh brewed coffees and tea with all the trimmings, cream, sugar, multiple non sugar products.
The ladies assisting guests with their selections were extremely gracious and hospitable.
Breakfast was a delight - we left with full stomachs and were ready to tackle the day!
I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Monroe, Louisiana.
My husband and I stayed at this Hampton in May 30th -June 2 2024. It's so convenient, right off highway 20, next to Sam's club and two to three minutes from the mall. The staff was so friendly, especially Tara at the front desk. She was very pleasant and welcoming which made for a great atmosphere as soon as we walked in. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was hot and yummy. We're in Monroe, LA often a will absolutely stay here again.
Frequent this one a few times a year. Everything was fine, I like that it's located within walking distance of Sam's, and I can gas up when I leave. The treadmills could use an upgrade, but the gym is adequate for those who need to stick to their workout schedule while traveling.
Check in was easy. Staff was nice. Room smelled strong like feet. Someone’s milk as left in the fridge. Comforter had black stains on it. We were there just to sleep before getting back on the road, so we just dealt with it. This place was not worth the $180 we paid though. This is a $79/night hotel.
This is an outstanding Hampton property. It appears to be new, and everything is clean and in good repair. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back from the freeway, so the rooms are quiet. Breakfast was especially good.
Recently stayed for a business trip and was absolutely pleased with this hotel. The bed was extremely soft, comfortable and freshly scented. The bathroom was truly clean and stocked. The front desk clerks were welcoming and helpful in both morning and night shift. Breakfast was good! Hot grits not just the packet option. I haven't been this pleased with a hotel in a long time. Highly recommend this liason!
Most small towns have old, dingy hotels that make. Super 8 look like the ritz. This hotel wasn’t that. It was clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very large, spacious and clean. We also used the pool and the fitness room. Both were small but clean. FYI - The pool is an indoor pool.
The gentleman who checked me in in the middle of the night was awesome! The room was very clean and beautiful. Best hotel I've ever stayed at, and the rate was perfect. Breakfast was great! Check out is 12 and breakfast until 10!!! Perfect since I
